CAn some one explain the significance of this bit "It is claimed that H&G tried at the Dallas injunction appeal to make sure that it could be contested in the High Court in London. But the Texas judge did not agree to that, Sachin texts from outside court 18."

Like the rest of us, I have no idea.

 

A guess and thats all it is.

 

High court in London would delay the process further and might actually hace some relevance.

 

Soe texan majistrate wouldn't have the authority to order a high court review.

I assumed an absent 'not' between 'could' and 'be'.
