What I want to know is why wait until they were ten stone to treat them?

Why not sort it out at half a stone ,or one stone etc, before they became"unfeasibly large"

Did they actually give any indication of what caused it?

I was expecting them to show the lads all chopped up afterwards a la CSI and the doc explaining the issue in detail.

 

He seemed like a nice enough bloke but very dim. Could explain why he left them so long though.

He's going to miss eating his dinner off his balls though. Not everyone has a built in table.

Did they say what caused his 10 stone testicles? Wondered if he had tumours (benign hopefully)?
