    Took me a while to get into the mid-morning matters. The character of Alan is different i think from "I'm Alan partridge" but once you get over that its quality. The last episode of that is really well done, quite touching.

    To be fair for the gesture the one game ban seems fair. Its the inconsistency that grates! Surely at the very least the the Fa should explain why the actions of Suarez are deemed worse than other players who did the same with no consequence....at the very fucking least!

    That Lavezzi could be a realistic option. Seen him play a few times over the past couple of years - exciting talent!.Even his stock might of risen though after Napoli's champions league appearance. Would love us to sign someone of the caliber of Hazard, but it seems less and less realistic once the Spanish and Italian clubs come sniffing.

    Once he retires they will lose that brilliant mental edge. I'm not saying they will go into free fall, I've no doubt he'll be replaced by a top manager, but all those come backs, all those consistent late winners. That self belief will leave with him.

    Great post. How many times have we criticized the mancs for having "shit" players. But Ferguson brings the best out of them time and time again.

    I'd be optimistic if it wasn't the case of Stoke (more than likely) needing city to be in the champions league to gain European qualification. Ok, maybe there professionalism will stop them completely bending over and openly getting bummed. But mentally I can't imagine the players having the heart to beat them, considering the "riches" on the table for a club of stokes size - regardless of any revenge.

    For me personally any real animosity towards Torres has faded now. If he scored the winning goal to clinch the title for Chelsea I would be fucking made up.

    Pay for rent out my student loan/grant. Sometimes get a little bit of money from the mother to see me though till the next loan instalment. Other than that after rent I spend the money on food,gym and partying with women. + also second year never bought a book.     Mainly relief in the fact those 2 cancerous cunts have left. Can't say I felt overwhelmingly happy though, too much uncertainty for the near future. When/if they start putting serious money into the transfer fund and begin work on the stadium, I think that would be a better time to celebrate.
