Ill really miss him but I'm glad he's going on his terms rather than hanging on in a job he didn't have the heart for anymore and potentially ruining it.
I saw Cally when he was at Crewe, he came to Runcorn in an FA Cup game, would have been late 70s at Canal St. He only played the first half but he was a cut above everyone else on the field.
I dont wear trainees these days as I'm old and near death. I wear shoes. Thankfully I dont yet wear loafers with tassels, but this could be round the corner as my senility increases
I'd say Peter Kavanagh in L8, The Roscoe Head and The Swan on Wood Street. All welcoming places with great atmosphere when I'm in town, I'm in.
Have to add the Caernarvon Castle on Tarleton Street as its the only place someone will say to me " hey son, can you pass me that glass"
It's not an asset though, it's a short or long term liability in the "financed by" bit of the balance sheet. The cash from the loan is an asset in current assets, but the loan itself is a liability as it has to be repaid
Barnesey beat me to it
Im just going to enjoy the weekend off, apart from hoping our players come back in one piece I do not give one solitary flying fuck about internationals.
