One fine summers day when I was 5 or 6 I had a right strop on with my ma but I can't recall what about. So there we are me, my brother and my mum walking through a busy part of town, me throwing a tantrum not looking where I was going when I turn to look forward and smack I walk into a sign post head first. It was a perfect hit, middle of forehead and made all the more impressive as it was one of them slim sign posts, a feat I don't think I could match if I tried. The thud and the subsequent laughter from the people in town rang in my ears for days. The cruel cruel bastards!

Little Big Soldier 7/10 Not the usual Jackie Chan film but still good viewing. Got a definite western feel to it too.

Not sure about that low a rating. Definitely had the feel of a longer Buffy episode though (unsurprising with a few former cast members)

Pour Elle - 8.5/10 Great thriller. Think Russell Crowe was in the remake of this, The Next 3 Days, but i haven't watched it. But the original is definitely worth watching.

I'm a surveyor and one thing that no one has answered yet is do these companies strengthen your roof prior to installing the panels? These are popping up quicker then acne on a greasy teen and i can just see a couple years down the line the panels joining Mr and Mrs Smith in their bedroom on a Saturday morning while she's riding him like a good'un.

Voted in on a single issue. Saddam's former BBF still banging the same drum but still bad news for all main parties with Labour getting 55% and the the blueshite getting only 22% of the votes they polled in the GE.

Got Lovefilm and can't fault the stream on laptop and iPad. Don't know what the film selection is like on Netflix but Lovefilm's is decent enough.

Think this Johnson playing Right Wing is a bit of a non-starter. It's totally different coming with a head of steam from deep then being able to stick afterburners on playing in the attacking third. No doubt he is a good attacker but it's a different role. Why did Carlos or Cafu never become wingers?

Target was 4th. It doesn't matter a jot if FSG pumped a 100mil of their own money or not, the fact is close to that has been spent and we won't be getting 4th. We might just end up winning the FA Cup but I'm afraid that some hard decisions are going to be made close season and don't expect to see KD here for the new season.

The Olympus Pen range are meant to be pretty tidy. The E-PL1 is probably in your price range and a good starter camera.

I thought the film was doing well for the first two acts but it was totally ruined by the leftfield ending which didn't even seem to be from the same script. Its like the writer/director was busy beavering away in his shed and all of a sudden he switches on the telly to catch the end of a classic British horror and mistakenly wrote that up instead of what he meant to.

Kermode's 'impression' of Dyer is funny and annoying and shit all in equal measure. Plus agree or not he's the most entertaing film critic out there and he hates U2. Boss.

Time for 'Arry to walk his talk. Any time there is an England match on and they play poorly he's there with his "these players are twific in Premier, why are they poor for England" mantra. Well time to find out for yourself 'Arry. Oh, and Barry Fry tub thumping yesterday on SSN, what the hell was he on? English this and English that. Which English manager since Alf has done any good? They just helped get rid of the manager with probably the best stats since who knows when...

My advice is to stay off main square (Old Town and Wenceslas Square) if you going to bevvy up on something other than beers bar the Irish pub which is tops for a good ol' English brekkie too. Some good strip bars around top end of Wenceslas incl. Darlings. First time i went there was a place where a naked midget greeted us, bizarre enough when drunk but we had just hit the town. If there's some of you feeling frisky then there was a place called Sex Park, just the strangest place. Like an Amsterdam red light area but indoors.
