    In one Tom! I was advised to lose a stone a few montjhs ago by my consultant to help bring my blood pressure down due to an ongoing health problem and I tackled it in the same way that you've mentioned. I've lost 18 pounds over 3 months and have kept it off by being sensible while not depriving myself either. I eat well but I just don't eat junk food anymore or snack between meals or eat any processed foods except for very rare occasions when i dont have a choice. Edit : Would rep you but I'm all out

    I've had my gallbladder removed after a couple of severe attacks . As unbearable as that was it was eclipsed by a hiatus hernia i suffered one night while recovering from a serious stomach illness a few years back. It registered 10 on the pain scale. I would have quite happily topped myself at one stage it was that fucking bad

    I tend to agree more with Beejay and a few others than you on this one xerxes mate. Any rational person would have expected that once the situation was explained properly the FA would have seen sense and acted accordingly. Hardly our fault if they had had him already deemed as guilty despite the facts (or non-facts as it seems) presented to them.

    I don't agree with you at all there Xerxes. I can't see any problem with management in all this. The FA have been gunning for Louis and backed up by a xenophobic and Man U biased media they got their man. Good old fashioned Little Englander politics against the dirty little foreigners and to a greater extent FIFA. I think we've handled this as properly as we could do in the circumstances.
