I had five good years up in Newcastle and have nothing but good to report about the people there. I stayed in a very run down area but beside the usual minority of anti-social twats I was made very welcome as a Scouser and was shown genuine warmth and comradeship. I, for one, would be very sad to see them drop down. They have had various money-grabbing twats, like we have at the moment, running their beloved club and it is out of the fans hands but they still turn up in their thousands and support their club. Good luck to them and 'Howay the lad's' I say.

The Hurt Locker Very convincing 'in your face' depiction of what it's like on the ground in the Iraq war. It follows a three man Bomb Diffusion Unit and depicts the the strains, pressures and resulting madness they feel as a result of their experiences. Very well written, cast and performed and impressively Directed by Katherine Bigelow. IMO by far the best of the bunch on the subject matter. Highly recommended. 8.5/10

Are 'shit handle's' the same as 'love handle's' but considerably smellier?
