Totally agree. I bought my place 16 months ago and I didn't think house prices would go too much lower, but they have just continued to drop. 30K is a great deposit, I saved up for years to get a 75% LTV and it did make a massive difference to the rates. I'd still go with a variable rate and put a bit extra away rather than pay the additional "insurance" of a fixed. On a 70K mortgage I`d expect the repayments to be about £280 ish p/m

The Raid Redemption - 8/10 It has subtitles as it's an Indonesian film but it was boss. Loads of great fight scenes and spectacularly violent. Probably one of the most violent films I have seen.

Yup, I don't get all this hate for Pietersen. Yea it's frustrating when he throws his wicket away but he's not built to play any other way. We have plenty of players that are there to dig in and do that job. I'd take a couple more KP's in the side any day, he's one of our best ever players and the most entertaining to watch to boot.

I could be wrong (had a couple of beers tonight), but from my memory I am sure that quote was earlier in the tour when he was nearly knocked off his bike by some over excited fans. I personally don't think there was any real anti-football malice in the quotes.
