  3. Good first episode of Moon Knight. Oscar Issacs cockney accent wasn’t that bad either. Looking forward to seeing what’s in store the remainder of the series.
  4. Sad news Good drummer but more importantly he came across as a decent guy too by all accounts. Gutted for his family and bandmates.
  5. All very avoidable really I have two Jack Russell’s and I don’t even leave them around our two year old, even though they are great with her Poor girl, horrible news.
  6. I’m not voting for Palpertine simply due to the shite JJ Abram’s pulled in the god awful Rise of Skywalker. “Somehow Palpertine returned” Getting angry just thinking about it.
  7. The Batman 8/10 Its long but I liked that about it, a slow burner of film which I felt worked really well. Good to see the detective side to Batman explored in further depth and as a result didn’t really feel like a standard Batman film at times, as daft as that sounds. Like Redknight has already said, which I 100% agree with, it felt like it had shades of Se7en in places, in terms of the films style, sense of dread and how it was shot. Gotham looked great too, similar in places to Tim Burtons gothic style, as opposed to Nolan’s modern version. I have seen criticism of how the millionaire Bruce Wayne side of things was handled but I thought what they did made perfect sense, in terms of the tone of the film and where Bruce is with his ‘project’ The (main and supporting) cast were all excellent, not a single weak link amongst them. Great soundtrack too. Really enjoyed it, will watch again for sure.
  8. The atmospheric opening credits to Alien
  9. Don’t feel I need to introduce any of these!
  10. Are there figures out there showing how many more heart attacks there are now, than from before Covid?
  11. No it doesn’t look good, it looks you’re clutching at straws there adding an example of some random person to fit a narrative.
  12. I’d hazard a guess that high profile and stressful job in politics probably had more to do with it.
  13. Two minutes of your time Googling would show you it’s not connected to the vaccine. She had a heart condition (hyperthyroidism) already diagnosed and died of a heart attack.
  14. Horrible news to read Really sorry to hear this Rem, thoughts are with you and yours.
  15. Nice one Col, I’m about half a mile from them. I’ve seen that they have had to temporarily stop collections, due to lack of storage - hopefully meaning overwhelming support. I’ll update should I see that they start up again.
  16. Then I’ll simply knock it out again “I’ll never tire of the Chase”
  17. Not the biggest but the meanest I'd have no issues sparking out a Honey Badger, I reckon. Those narky fuckers need to be taught a lesson.
  18. Proper getting serious now that Russia have been kicked out of Eurovision. That'll teach them
  19. Oh yeah, you can get those anywhere. Dead easy to make, just takes lots of time and lots of topping up of the water.
  20. Honestly, it’s dead easy to make. Just get the ingredients and one of these powdered gits. The hardest part is waiting bloody ages for the rice to soften. Ready in 35 minutes, my arse.
