Anybody going to see him in Manchester tomorrow ?

 

Has done some quality stuff & I love his music , but he also is a 'bit' of a character.

 

- Married 7 times including the same girl twice ( Has also reportedly diddled Emmylou Harris & Sheryl Crow amongst others )

- Did more drugs than most rock bands in the 80's ending up living in a squat & then an asylum

- Done time for political subversion , firearms & drug offences

- Been wiretapped by both Bush administrations & one of the biggest thorns in the Republican side for many years ( Anti-war & death penalty.)

 

Some of you fans of ' The Wire ' might remember him as Waylon the addict in the first series & on odd occasions since.

 

Should be a strange gig tomorrow as he is supposed to be doing a solo spot first half & doing the second half with a DJ !!
