PODCAST: Liverpool 4 Fulham 3 - Match Reaction

What a wild ride that was! Having fallen behind late the lads were able to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat thanks to goals from Endo and Trent to move the Reds up to second spot.

Chris Smith is joined by Paul Natton, Dan Thomas and TLW Editor Dave Usher to reflect on a crazy afternoon at a bitterly cold Anfield.

Well done to Dave for getting this out tonight so people can enjoy it first thing in the morning. We finished recording at around half 9 and it's at least an hour or so of editing, exporting and uploading to do. Nice one, mate.

I fell asleep listening to it.

Not in a bad way, you understand. It was most erotic, actually...

Was it Dan’s impressions? It was Dan’s impressions, wasn’t it?

Did you hear the one about the St. Helens godfather? He made them an offer they couldn't understand.

Alexa, give me an example of "praise from Caesar".

The other lads on the pod are gonna combust when Kenny tweets about my footy ability.

You should do a cover version.

Good Podcast(s) I listened to both of the last two this morning.

Quick point about the Europa League squad @dave u

The squad we can pick from is massive, see below link, so we could rest the entire first team for the dead rubber.

Yeah we could play the u18s if we wanted, but my point is more than Klopp is not going to put anyone in who isn't ready so his options are a bit limited and he'll have to name a load of senior players on the bench I think.

I don’t think there’s much chance that Jurgen will leave himself or the club open to an allegation that we’re not respecting the competition or the other clubs in the group. He’ll field a team of players who have already appeared in the group with just a couple of youngsters.

Do LASK still have a chance of going through? If so I'd send McAteer, Diao and the other 'legends' over just to fuck over that loudmouth manager.

The best they can do is 3rd which is Europa Conference. USG need Toulouse to lose and overturn a two goal difference.
