Massive reality check as I was starting to think we might be capable of mounting a serious challenge this season. Anyway we are still handily placed despite this colossal fuck up. Let’s hope it gives them a fucking massive wake up call. I wasn’t able to watch any of it this afternoon as I had to have dinner with the missus and her family. This will be getting deleted off the planner unwatched I think.

Finished it last night. Powerful stuff. Coogan was amazing in the role. He should pick up some awards for his portrayal of the filthy old cunt. I think the way it was filmed was done very sensitively, including testimonies from his victims. With the police investigation being dropped, the way they explained it was basically just the girl opening the letter and reading the CPS had insufficient evidence to charge him. I guess they couldn’t really focus on that aspect of it with it only being a four parter.

Has anyone confirmed a diagnosis yet on this? It happened ages ago and still not heard anything.

We are 3 points off the top and we’ve got some real cuntish away games out of the way. Drawing after last week is obviously frustrating but I think we have to be happy with where we are. A whole new midfield getting to know each other. The only reason the unbeaten run went was due to one of the worst refereeing displays in recent memory. I think we should be satisfied with where we are at the mo. Loads of room for improvement though obviously.

I think he’s gonna be boss. I don’t know why so many people on here were unenthusiastic about us signing him.

Really need to see a media outlet start widely reporting about the Saudi clubs owners paying for refs to go over there for midweek jollies.
