  1. Mick Jagger in Ned Kelly. James Jagger in Vinyl.
  2. Glenn Price is ESPN's LFC correspondent? Does Dave know about this?
  3. Blah blah Rodgers Blah blah Rodgers
  4. There's a line on each glass that is a lot easier to use as a marker than the star. I think that's just another Heineken marketing thing. Most bar staff just know how long it takes to pour one. Vasjes or Amsterdammetjes are about the standard size though yeah. Halves.
  5. I think Heineken only promote this out of the Netherlands. Never seen it here but have heard of it from Irish people. Two fingers of foam on a half is about the accepted amount for the Dutch. The scraper to level the top is pretty much standard for every beer here.
  6. This is fantastic and definitely not bobbins. Pupils in 'fantastic' papier-mache tributes to Frank Sidebottom Posted at11:58SHARED School children have made their own "really fantastic" tributes to comedy musician and cult figure Frank Sidebottom by creating their own papier-mache heads - they really have. Paul McMullen Pupils at Chapelfield Primary in Radcliffe, Bury, were given the comedy character as a research project. "It was quite a whacky thing to do and certainly gave us a lot of laughs," headteacher Malcom Gate said. Frank Sidebottom was the creation and alter ego of Ashton-on-Mersey-born musician Chris Sievey, who died in 2010. With his pin-striped suit, catchphrases and papier-mache head, he became a cult figure on TV and the comedy circuit during the 1980s. http://www.bbc.com/news/live/uk-england-manchester-36840818?ns_mchannel=social&ns_source=twitter&ns_campaign=bbc_live&ns_linkname=578f35f2e4b0b6d5aef22fa4&Pupils in 'fantastic' papier-mache tributes to Frank Sidebottom&&ns_fee=0#post_578f35f2e4b0b6d5aef22fa4
  7. Man On Wire is much better than The Walk. It's a previously made documentary about the same event and works as a boss heist movie. I have no idea why The Walk was made.
  8. If I order a pint in Dutch it often ends up similar to the first picture in here so I generally order in English to avoid confusion.
  9. They didn't start winning the league until he left though.
  10. Luis Suarez was Eredivisie player of the year and captain of Ajax when we signed him.
  11. I like him. Class player. Moves the ball forward quickly, can press and great in a counter attacking side. Good dribbler as well and fairly quick. Plays loads of positions so should get a game. He is better than Troy Deeney so fuck money. I was a bit shocked when he went to Newcastle. He was Eredivisie player of the year and captain of PSV.
  12. That really doesn't describe the player I saw captaining PSV to the title.
  13. He's a decent central midfielder. Have a look at this against Sunderland. He's playing in a midfield two with Shelvey. Played in the middle a fair bit for PSV. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmZFvBPporE
  14. The Former Managers Thread needs a better lock on the door.
  15. The scariest thing I've ever seen is Buxton in Dougal And The Blue Cat. Chilling stuff. Pure evil.
  16. He used to be Head of Strategy but I think he has a new role now.
  17. I'm probably a cunt for putting this on here as it's from a mate's Facebook and he's in it but fucking hell. These beauts basically spend a load of cash on custom built bicycles, dress up as bikers and act hard while riding their bikes around town. It's been going on for a few years now and it's hard to keep a straight face when you see them.
  18. Hopefully Silverlining will go postal and murder the cunt at work. It would be a good way of focusing his anger issues.
