  1. Hey all, if you haven't already, it's worthwhile having a looking at $VEN (Vechain), some seriously impressive partnerships and connections.
  2. Not sure why Goetze would come to us when he's already playing for a European Giant and has the real possibility of winning major trophy's year in year out, if Guardiola had stayed and he knew he wasn't an automatic first choice then he might have been motivated to move for footballing reasons, but with Ancelotti coming in it's a fresh start. Money wise, he's on a big whack anyway and if it doesn't work out this season then he'll get a huge pay day when he signs his next contract, wherever that is, so 180k a week isn't going to be a deal breaker. The reality is that despite Klopp, we just don't have the pulling power at the moment, not for these sort of players, depressing, but we do now have a world class manager with a history of doing great things at the level we are, we just need to be patient.
  3. One or two here: http://www.rojadirecta.me/
  4. Another get out clause for Roy when we get beat by the Swiss.
  5. How long can a player like Sterling carry England http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/international/switzerland-vs-england-preview-wayne-rooney-feels-raheem-sterling-can-carry-england-into-the-future-9717382.html
  6. Steven Reid was interviewed on radio five just after the sending off/penalty incident and made references to them getting decisions at Old Trafford all the time, queue end of interview and his comments being laughed off, the presenters quickly moved but were quite obviously uncomfortable at the thought of such accusations on their show.
  7. Code and Silverlining are the Carroll and Downing of this forum, in lot of ways.
  8. The big problem here is people want him to be guilty, they won't listen to any reason, there are no language nuances in there minds. The majority probably still think the word used was n1gger, in fact somoene said this to me just this weekend. When you try and correct them they don't want to know, they're not listening. They come out with crap like Suarez has already admitted to racial abuse, it doesn't even seem to comprehend to them that he admitted to saying it once and not in a racially abusive way, they believe it was 7 times, cos thats what the FA report said. Someone else said to me the only people who's story got changed was in the Liverpool contingent, they conveniently forget how many times Evras story changed. The key to ignorance is education but you can't educate people who won't listen. Setting up a website to defend Suarez and point out all the deficiences in the FA's argument won't work because people won't read it, again they want him to be guilty. I think the only way to get people to listen is for some high profile figure to take this on, someone with an audience that people respect and will listen to, who that is I have no idea. However there is an opportunity here now, the club now need to invite the likes of the LBLF, Merseyside TUC and all the others associated with this open letter, start by educating them as to why LFC took the stance they did and why they supported Suarez, if we can get these people on side then maybe just maybe we can start getting a grip on all of this.
  9. When we win the Carling Cup in a week or so, he should be the one sent up first to pick the trophy up, that would get sand in a few peoples vaginas.
  10. Roja Directa has a dodgy looking link, although they do say it's for the Liverpool - Southend game!!
  11. Think we got Spurs who cruised through their group.
  12. Agreed, shitty lucas got lucky for 95% of the game, the Dzeko incident is what he should be judged on and nothing else, it's easier that way especially for those who have continuously gone out on a limb in their indignation of the player.
  13. Rafas getting lots of the blame for us being shit this season but has anyone apportioned any blame on Hodgson for Fulham being so shit, has anyone heard anyone say Hughes will come good and he was left with a poor team which is Hodgsons fault, no of course not, definate media agenda going on here.
  14. Think Roy joined 1st July and Cole 21st, so Roy only had three weeks to dither over wether he wanted Cole or not.
  15. Sorry did I miss something? genuine question.
  16. It taints nothing for me and is two different entities altogether, Roy has to go, there's no doubt about that, who replaces him is a different topic altogether, the two don't need to be interlinked in forming peoples opinions.
  17. No of course not but that's because we wouldn't need to, however the reality is, Roy is shit, therefore we will discuss who to bring in to replace him as this is football and that's what we as fans do. Your post is pretty pointless.
  18. I don't know if this is post worthy and if it is I don't know where it should be but I just spent the night with the Wilshere family and in the end Jack, couple of questions I managed to ask him, best player you've played against - in an instant he said Gerrard, second question was barca come calling tomorrow what happens, I can't remember the exact answer but he'd be off in a shot. I must say his folks especially his mum are really nice and very well grounded, was a really odd scenario to be in but lots of fun, as soon as my glass was empty the waitress was there to fill it up, I was sat next to Jacks agent, didn't realise at first but as soon as I clocked him as being an agent he turned his back and didn't want to talk to me, all I asked was if he knew anything about what the agents fees were all about with regard to our recent info re:9m and that agents seem to be making a lot out of the game, from then I was blanked as he continued to kiss everyone elses arse
