This signing sums up football scouts for me. Ozil and Khedira could have comfortably been bought for a combined 20 mill euros (possibly less) by anyone prior to the world cup. People are earning big money scouting for clubs around the world yet it needed these 2 to perform well at the world cup before they came on anyones radar. I wouldn't mock Everton at present. Yes they have no money but they have a chairman that wouldn't sell the club down the river to make an extra 8 million quid.
