    CALM stands for the Campaign Against Living Miserably. Mainly focused towards men and our tendency to bottle up issues which can affect our mental health. Their website has lots of information and a freecall helpline number. I'm struggling at the minute and phoned them a couple of nights ago. It's good to talk and have someone else listen to your problems and maybe offer a different perspective. Good luck to anyone struggling at the minute, I'd recommend this helpline.     Just had my annual phone call to sky as my last 60%off deal had ended. I've got tv package with sports, boxsets and hd added. Threatened to cancel and went from £70 to £35 per month. Pretty happy with that price.

    Stopped the subscription 2 months ago when my 50% off deal ended. Was offered 35% off but declined. Got a letter offering 50% off followed a week later by one offering 60% off for the year plus £25 credit which I took.

    Cut them to shreds in the first half, great performance. However we looked really flat in the 2nd half. I guess it's the curse of Thursday night football. Alot of players looked shattered or were coasting. Flanagan looked one paced and gave the ball away too easily at times. Sturridge looked fucked after 55 minutes. Our centre backs are pretty shit. Benteke is a waste of time. Our second half performance was totally gutless and hopefully Klopp will learn alot about his players. I was sat amongst Southampton fans and they couldn't believe their luck. The away fans sounded brilliant in the first half. You simply cannot trust this football team.

    Play twice a week and love it. Gets me away from the stresses of work and family. Love playing great courses (just back from a couple of rounds at St Mellion) although most are very unforgiving. Currently off 10 but want to get into single figures. Best tip is just to keep the ball in play, if you can't hit your driver, learn to hit your 3 wood or 2 iron off the tee.

    Had been paying 45 quid a month for the sports package so phoned and cancelled it 3 days ago. Got a call yesterday offering me the sports package half price for the year. When I said i wasn't sure they offered me 6 months free. Just have to give 31 days notice. Will cancel again in 6 months and see what they offer then, don't feel like paying full price again funnily enough.....

    Been away from gaming for quite a while but now find myself with time and money to invest. Will play Fifa and CoD games, don't know too much about online gaming. Which console would you go for and why? Thanks for your help and please go easy on me.

    Just seen that Hansen had to apologise for using the term "coloured" instead of "black" when describing some Premier League players. Following a backlash on Twitter he had to apologise. I thought "coloured" was an acceptable term. Does this mean I've been racist in the past? FFS, so much confusion with the meaning of words, what chance does anyone have?

    Great report as ever. Agree with Dave T, ref was scared to book Wigan players early on. Also, Bellamy is a top player, just needs to shut his mouth when he's on the pitch, a smarter player would realise every ref wants to book him just to say they've done it. Too easy a target I'm afraid.

    Supporting Ireland, hoping the Welsh's lack of experience will provide O'Gara with the chance to kick us out of sight. If Wales start chasing the game and throwing it wide we'll tire and the last 10 minutes will be tough. Love to see the French win but they were dreadful in their last match and I'm surprised they only made 2 changes. I think that with Flood and Wilkinson England will be playing mainly for territory and then let their pack rumble ominously (and boringly) forward. Ireland, Eng, Aus, NZ to go through. Can't wait for the weekend!
