While I can appreciate peoples point about Kennys aggressive stance and maybe mishandling of certain points in the Suarez case, I just don't agree. For me everything Kenny has said I have agreed with, its like some of you would prefer a patsy like Hodgson and for us to be loved by the Ingurland media. I really don't care what they have to say, I don't care that fans of other clubs can debate our handling of the situation. For me I care about LFC and nobody cares more than KD, so that will do just fine.

Not sure if your joking or been serious, either way it works. However if you are been serious I think it's important that we are not seen to be mocking the online petitions. As already said above once the stadium is built the value of the club goes up so much that you could sell then, it's not about them having to wait 20 years to collect; that's just not the issue. The point, as it always has been, is risk and reward. Extremely rough figures but if NESV spend 350m on a ground putting their investment to 650m what's their get out price? 850m?That's a huge price, the potential reward is difficult and therefore a risk. Currently an outlay off 300m and I guess the club could sell for 400-450m relatively easily, particularly as we seem to be getting stronger in our marketing departments. For me I'm more than happy with NESV, but we need the ground to allow us to properly compete, the matchday revenue of our rivals is putting us at a disadvantage. But despite the shortfall because our other revenue streams go some of the way to negate the loss of matchday money we are more than capable of always being in and around the top 4. As I said I like NESV as I believe they want to win, but at the end of the day they are business men and it's going to come down to profit at the end of the day. The other major point on a new ground been built will be how the FFP rules are adhered to. If as many think they will be flouted then it makes the risk of above a pointless business move, so what if we manage to generate another £30m a season from a ground to spend on players, oligarchs and sheiks will just pay the top players that bit more, so again why take all the above risk if it won't even guarantee improvement in the team?

Had numerous conversations with a various people about this topic, and the fact the debate keeps coming up shows their must be some truth in it. It's sad really, but due to this type of feeling I can only conclude that it will implode on it's self and hopefully we'll learn our lesson and it will be a chance to wash away all the sins that have tarnished 'the beautiful game'

Totally agree. For the vast majority of 17-18 year olds this model would just hinder development. Been 'fortunate' enough to be plucked from your own environment where your excelling, so presumably enjoying, to be sold to an English club who straight away will loan you to a Belgian club where you have no family/friends don't speak the language and are expected to develop at a faster rate. To me it seems foolish and a little immoral.
