Keane was playing upfront for the minutes he did play, which, admittedly, were less than 373 due to his frequent substitution, whereas Dirk is played on the wing 9 times out of 10. I think we can both agree, however, that neither Keane or Dirk have quite reached the spiralling heights of N'gog's goal every 108 minutes yet.

I'm not sure what Robbie Keane's shitness has to do with Kuyt who, admittedly, has been pretty atrocious. Still, Kuyt's 4 goals from 19 games from the right wing this season is still better than Keane's 7 goals from 29 games last season. (According to the statistics I have on hand, that is). So compared to Keane, describing Kuyt as 'vintage' probably wouldn't be too far off... I also don't remember anyone contributing as little to the general team play itself as Robbie Keane did in the short time he was with us.

I know I'm just recycling what has already been stated on here multiple times, but I think the media speculation and to an extent Pako leaving has played a large part in failing to improve as much as Everton and Man City have done, although we still do have a higher points total than we did at the same point last season. I guess we'll have to wait until the end of the season to get a clear view on the situation.
