I can add a couple of notes on the countries I know about: China, here you will be able to watch different matches depending on where you are in the country, basically you have 12 national stations, and then you have regional stations, and the PL is shown on these regional stations, so in the southern part of China you can see almost all matches, however in the northern and western parts, it is more difficult to see the games. Hong Kong, They are footie mad. You can get several stations, that show the games live. They have 1 dedicated PL channel, which show PL 24/7 and show 3 matches live every weekend. Then they have a couple of other channels which show live matches as well, so every weekend, you can watch 6 or 7 different matches. Ireland, well you have your normal BBC and Sky aswell as Setanta Sports and RTE2, both of which in average show 1 PL league match per week Also, quite a few pubs have ART, which is arabic channels which show 5 to 6 live PL matches per week. Denmark, Canal + and TV3 show quite a few matches as well.

Which Mac do you have? Some of them have a Mini DVI out, which needs a seperate adapter, otherwise, if you do have s/video out, as on for instance a powerbook, then just get a s/video to scart (obviously depending on what your TV has) and you're good to go. When you have it hooked up, just go to you're System Preferences, Monitor and it should detect you have 2 monitors connected. Then put your Mac to sleep, this way you push all your video ram to the TV, and you'll get a clearer picture and much less stutter. Let me know if you have any other Q's, and I'll try to help.
