Screw you,I'll have Kolb or Ponder soon

To be honest if I had any other decent running back I would have taken the deal but seeing as the best back up is Tate I can't do it

looking back on that blockbuster trade, you certainly got a great deal with big bad ben, graham and sproles.

i really didn't think sproles would breakout like he has....always one of my favorite players though.

i've drafted him all three seasons now, but he won't forgive me for trading him this year.

Yes

The steelers were just running the ball for three weeks straight and I was getting no points there from Ben.

Terrible trade looking at it now,I thought I would get better receivers in Burress and Holmes.Well they were better when I way watching the NFL every week but then that was a few years back.

Two weeks after the trade the Steelers start passing more and I reload that Burress and Holmes are old and have a bad QB.

Well that will teach me.

I won't be listening to what they have to say on the fantasy reports either, start Beck they say, good match up and great sleeper last week.Bloody useless new I should have gone with Ponder, roll on next year

I'd say the trade works out about even since I was willing to pay the premium for a player from my own team. I'm confident Jackson will continue with 100+ yard games the rest of the season and Meachem is just being used in the flex but won't start every week for me. Beanie has the injury which won't limit him unless it gets worse and I think Dalton will start to cool down.

So now Bradshaw could be out for the year, could play Sunday. Thanks twitter. FFS.

No-one seems to know what's going on with Bradshaw, people are saying now that he's decided not to have surgery - might mean it's not as bad as they first thought.

Probably gonna throw out a few trade offers tomorrow, want to shake up my team a bit.

Very generous offer, but I have to decline.

Also I wouldn't have room for all those players as I'm only giving up 2.

Am quite happy for this round

Ok,the offer there if you change your mind after the weekend

Couple of bits of news

Looks Luke Hillis will be a free agent next year, wouldn't touch him with a bathrooms with the money he will want.

Barring a significant turnaround on and off the field, the Cleveland Browns are prepared to let running back Peyton Hillis walk after this season, The Plain Dealer reported Saturday, citing league sources.

"It's one thing after another, and what's been out there isn't even the half of it," one source told the newspaper .

Backup quarterback Seneca Wallace confirmed Friday's news that veteran Browns players encircled Hillis for an intervention-style meeting this week to encourage him to remain focused on football.

"I think everybody's noticed a little bit of a change in him, but he could have some family issues or something," Wallace told the newspaper. "Maybe his priorities have changed. We have a whole new staff, so a lot of things have changed. Maybe some of it's overblown."

Some players were piqued to see Hillis leave Cleveland to get married in Arkansas last Tuesday, skipping a treatment session on an injured hamstring that's sidelined his season.

"Of course we're going to be a little upset if Peyton's not in there getting his treatment," said Wallace. "We're a team, and we rely on each other. But if he felt he wanted to go get married that day, that's his business. You never really know what a person is going through. You don't know what type of influences a person might have. I don't know the stuff that Peyton has going on in his life."

Hillis erupted onto the scene last season, carrying the Browns' offense with 1,177 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. He's appeared in only four games this year, battling an assortment of injuries and rushing for just 211 yards. He's out for an unknown period of time with the hamstring injury he tweaked again Friday , raising the question of when, or if, he'll be seen again in Cleveland's backfield.

It highlights yet another long, painful season for a city that -- if you're under the age of 25 -- has almost no memory of this team's once proud achievements.

Matt Forte 's stalled contract talks with Chicago's front office places his future with the Bears in question, but he harbors no plans to walk out on his team in protest during the season.

"There's no chance that would happen," Forte told "NBC SportsTalk" on Friday. "I've been playing well, and I want to continue to do that. I'm just here to help my team win and continue to play well."

He's all in for his teammates, but he doesn't see eye to eye with the suits upstairs, who have promised to field a new offer soon -- but nothing comes.

"I feel like if I was on any other team ... and you then produce well enough the past four years ... that it would be easy to really get a deal done," Forte said. "I'm not really sure what the problem is."

The 25-year-old back said he has no regrets turning down the Bears' offer before the season, which included a reported $13 million to $15 million guaranteed.

He dismissed the notion that he's been hurt by running back Chris Johnson's slow start in Tennessee after signing a massive contract extension.

"I really feel like that doesn't have anything to do with me," Forte said. "I'm not Chris Johnson. I'm a different player than he is."

Forte's on his way to a third 1,000-yard season in four campaigns. He's anchored Chicago's offense all year long, and they'd be lost without him. It's baffling to Bears fans -- with no ability to fix the situation -- to watch Forte's future in Chicago just slip away.
