    Well that went tits! Ever increasing and unrealistic workload and deadlines. I dont mind pressure, that's to be expected in any job! but being pushed to breaking point by managers/directors who have no idea what effect they are having on you is a big 'no' from me. Cunts even gave me a pay rise last month (6 months in) to acknowledge my efforts. However this is nowhere near acceptable when compared to the stress i have to endure. So, i interviewed lunctime today for a new role in sales in a different industry after having spent 30 years in the print trade. Better salary and much better prospects. 30 minutes after the interview ended and getting home i recieved a call to say ive got the job! Im astounded! I dont usually think of myself as inteviewing well, but they said they've never made an offer so quick to someone and that they have never seen anyone interview so well? they couldnt praise me enough which felt odd but its nice to be valued and wanted. The interview was with 3 women which on reflection looks like a bunch of sirens singing a song to lure me to my impending doom. Mentioning i ride a motorbike also may have helped to get their knickers wet for more. Happy Days! cant wait to resign tomorrow and once again will see if the grass is greener on the other side.
