  1. The step up in difficulty levels is a bit shit. Started a league on Semi-Pro, destroyed Bolton 7-0, put it up a level and just beat Yeovil 1-0 in the cup. played a few more games on Pro and can't score more than 1 goal and can't get near their attackers. Still enjoying it though. Practice makes perfect.
  2. We're in a situation now were we have owners who have the money to run us properly and we're sound commercially, a long way off from where we were 12 months ago. The last thing football needs is is more money going to the richer clubs. If anything the lower clubs should get more money than the bigger clubs in order to try and compete. If the rich keep getting richer, a European Super League will be created and if you're unfortunate to be one of the 'lower teams' then tough shit. If this was to happen, more and more teams would just cease to exist. Not a good idea in my opinion. TV controls footy now and it shouldn't be like that.
  3. Musicals are fucking shit. I can't stand them, I'd rather watch The Only Way is Essex than a musical, and that show makes me wanna punch kids and puppies in the face
  4. There was a bizzy on before who was a constable in South Yorkshire police in 1989. He's still in them but higher up and he said that the families of the 96 need to know what happened and that the documents need to released in full. Dunno how much of it was spin to try and make out that not all of them are a shower shit, but he sounded pretty genuine.
  5. Gay people don't bother me at all other than overly camp gay people. That really annoys me.
  6. Groundhog Day but watched it yesterday. Fell asleep on the couch half way through. Says a lot really
  7. The Help. Set in 60s Mississippi around the civil rights movements. set around a budding writer/journalist who wants to write a book about the use of black people as maids and get their perspective on the treatment the get from their white employers. Was expecting it to be gash, wash actually really moving and preety good. 8.8/10 There is one coming up in FACT soon called Black Power: Mix Tape. Looks really interesting if your into the civil rights movements of the 60s
  8. Sell drugs to kids outside schools. They get money for attending school and would probably be more than happy to buy a few bags of weed. joking aside, go back to college. I'd love to myself but not an option for me right now

  11. I'm looking forward to Star Wars Kinect. Might finally use my Kinect! Tiger Woods 13 is gonna be Kinect compatible as well
  12. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the odd epsiode but she just grates on me. No idea why. Then again most things on telly annoy me. I reckon I could only use a telly for xbox and dvds and not miss any telly show. Except the f**ty obviously.
  13. Flight of the Navigator, wow, that's getting bought now, not seen that in years. Robocop is also in my top 5 films ever.
  14. Official Playstation Magazine Australia have given their verdict on Batman: Arkham City. The game has been given a 10/10 and has been refered as being "one of the best games ever made". "Batman: Arkham City is not only the best superhero game ever made, it's one of the best games ever made full-stop. It takes the already superlative original and gloriously expands on it. It's a deeper game, more complex, more inventive, more mature. It brings the caped crusader's world to life better than any comic, movie or television show before it." "Presentation: Endlessly creative, perfectly moody, and technically flawless. This is Epic's Unreal engine pushed to its absolute limit." "Sound: Alternatively foreboding and frantic, the game's orchestral soundtrack matches the on-sccreen action perfectly. Voice acting is brilliant." "Controls: Complex and initially overwhelming but also logical and responsive. It'll take a while to get used to them, but once you do it feels perfectly natural flinging Batman around." "Replay Value: Immense. A massive main quest, dozens of side missions, Riddler challenges, secondary game modes, and DLC will keep most people occupied for months." "VERDICT: We can't imagine how a superhero game could be better than this. Absolutely sublime." 10/10
  15. Anyone have any thoughts on RAGE. Looks quite good but there's too many games that look good but fail to impress. Darksiders II should be decent as well. really enjoyed 1
  16. I'm loving it to be honest. The Fifa games just keep getting better and better. 2 weeks to batman though, i'm gonna have square eyes soon
