Just can't see him starting him. I'd personally start him, but with Rafa being Rafa you just never know. He should have started against the bitters but didn't, not sure if it was a fitness thing though?

We should win this comfortably. Last nights game against the chavs would have taken alot out of them. I'll go for a 2 nil to us. Aquilani to come on the last 10 mins. More of the same of leaving Yossi on the bench. -----------Riena------------ Johnson--Carra--Agger--Insua Lucas--Mascher Kuyt---Gerrard---Riera --------Torres/N'gog----------

    Top Ten Rafa's signings

I'd remove Riera and add Arbeloa. He wasn't always great but he was solid and dependable for 4mil or whatever it was. Momo too until he started passing to everyone but his team mates.

Torres: I feel like a Scouser

    Brilliant. haha Legend. End of.

Rafa: Aquilani Close to First Team Debut!

If we are winning by any comfortable margin (wishful thinking) then I'd say we''' see him at the 65 min mark on Sat. Failing that then he will defo start against Fiorentina. He'll be used to the pace of that game.

    International teams

I was born in Ormskirk but live in Dublin since I was 7. I follow Ireland and go to the majority of their matches, but also look out for England results. I never really give a shit if either loose, but if Liverepool loose I'm livid for days. So I guess it's easy to say Liverpool more important. Anyhow I think international games are crap to watch most of the time.

    The whereabouts of Andriy Voronin??

does anyone actually give a fuck where bon jovi is at the minute? fuck him. he's never far away enough. (can't rem who started bon jovi for him, but it's class)

Be careful giving tickets to your mates.

Those fuckin touts are getting worse too. At the man city game some little prick with a blue shite tattoo on his arm (just spotted it up his sleeve) tried to sell us tickets - 2 for 150. We were looking for one for a mate who arrived last minute. Another spectacle wearing cunt who sounded like he was smacked up and was shaking said he could get us 2 for 80. We played along with him and he tried to bring us around the back of the chippy facing the kop to get the tickets. When we got there he said he only had the one, and that he wanted 90 for it. Fuckin leeches. Really gets on my tits that the tickets get into the hands of these scmbags. How the fuck these cunts get away with it? The fan card option was meant to stop the like of this, but it still seems to go on.

    I am Losing Faith

This might sound clichéd but I have faith in Liverpool Football Club. I believe and know we can come through this, regardless of who is at the helm. Rafa is a good manager. He has proved that. He may not approach the game in the way that us fans grew up with, but he makes the best of a bad situation (no money, politics behind the scene over the last few years etc etc...) and gets us to being a side challenging for honours at least. Every year since he's been here we've been challenging. This season has been the weirdest and most messed up in terms of injuries. Nobody could have expected that. What we would want is him not to make the oddball team selections and substitutions that he does make, but I can't rem a time under Rafa when he hasn't been any different. And he most likely won't change that either. At least give him some breathing space until the end of the season and judge him then. Calling for his head now is pointless.

    catch 22

This is one of the most confusing things I've ever read. Rafa's biggest fans, alonso, bob paisley and bill shankly, cunt owners, potential owners - all in a few lines. Either you're some sort of Genius or I'm in need of more sleep.

Juventus at it again I see

    Couldn't agree more..... phew...

As long as he keeps scoring goals he keeps me happy. That's all you want from a striker.

Was the sheep sheared or un-sheared?

If you're a true fan does it, or should it matter?

There are two types of fans.

Exactly - totally agree. Look what Mourinho is at with Inter at the minute. Hardly anything amazing. I wouldn't want him near us. We'd be even more negative than we can be now. Hiddink is a decent manager who gets the best out of average players. Hard to tell how good he would be in the PL since he only had a short spell, but nearly any manager could do a decent job at Chelsea with the players and funds they have available so it doesn't tell us much about him with regards the PL. He was also crap in Spain with RM and Real Betis (i think) so Rafa's a better proposition than him IMO. Benitez is a very good manager who also gets the best out of average players. Yes he makes some fucked up decisions at times but I think we should judge him at the end of this season instead of all the knee-jerk reactions going round at the min.

No not that at all. What I meant was that the "greedy" fans are the one's that only turn up at the big games - cup finals etc. but don't travel to the far off less glamorous places like Hull or Luton etc. if you get me? They want the quick success and can't grasp the whole long term building that's sometimes needed for success.

    Rafa Haa Lost the Plot

Kuyt was good last season, but that shouldn't mean he gets an automatic position. He's been beyond crap this year. He should be dropped til he gets the finger out. It is just pointless Rafa going in the middle of the season. Anyone coming in will have the same issues. At least Rafa knows the squad that's there at the minute and can turn things around. He should use this season to bring on the younger lads and ensure we get 4th cos let's face it that's about all we can aim for. Anything else after that is a bonus. If he's to go, then next summer is the time. It's bollox wanting him to go now.

There are two types of fans.

Who said anything about deserving to have trophies? my point was about greed. You're not greedy if you go to places and freeze your bollox off to watch your team. No idea where the fuck you got the trophy thing from.

A win and a clean sheet.

We're gonna march on from here to Hamburg with 15 clean sheets along the way... now that's optimism. Role on Sunday. Another win and the confidence will start to creep back. We're not as bad as the results this season suggest. Just need a run - without injuries.

    Alberto Aquilani

I think he was our best player last night......
  23. A manc twat Rob that sits facing me here. I'll probably end up removing his teeth with a pliers by the end of the day.
  24. ZonkoVille77

There are two types of fans.

as has been mentioned, some supporters spend thousands a year following the team, even to "glorious" places like Hull. Do you think they do that because they are greedy? They do it because they support the team through thick and thin. You're talking shite mate, big style.

    Thanks for clearing that up
