  1. Is it a forumite? I think I know which one, now you mention it.
  2. I have only seen 2. The VC one and the St Nazaire one. Are there more? BTW - I sneaked into the St Nazaire submarine base when I Was a teenager. It was amazing.
  3. What was i called m8...the documentary...will wstch it online somewhere.
  4. I am sure they will let him off with a stern warning.
  5. Martin Skrtel: FA to charge defender over De Gea challenge The Football Association will charge Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel for an incident towards the end of the 2-1 defeat by Manchester United on Sunday. The Slovakian defender, 30, appeared to tread on United goalkeeper David De Gea during injury time at Anfield. It is expected Skrtel will be charged with violent conduct. Referee Martin Atkinson has filed a report, with the FA free to act if the official confirmed he had not seen the incident. Punishment would be three-match ban, ruling Skrtel out of Premier League matches at Arsenal (4 April) and at home to Newcastle (April 13), plus the FA Cup quarter-final replay at Blackburn on 8 April. The FA has made no comment on the matter so far.
  6. Surely he was already buried...in a proper cemetery...at a friary. I mean...yeah... it is a car park now, but it wasn't then. Seems a bit weird to dig him up then pay for him to buried somewhere else - which in 500 years will be a hovver-board park. Couldn't the money be used for some thing else. Maybe invading a foreign country or bailing out a rogue financial institution.
  7. Interesting that Neville was saying that it is becoming clear that Rodgers' new tactics have been found out - and ways beat it are becoming clear. He said that Monk has sussed it and others will too. The next phase will be to see if Rodgers can change tactics inside a match effectively.

  9. Probably part of the script. Out with a bang....use it as an 'excuse' to replace him with the ginger one.
  10. I think it is a bit unfair to call out City fans mate for this mate, considering some of the shit away support I've seen at Anfield in recent seasons. I honestly thought they are a fanbase who sing much more amount about their own team rather than us. Their songs for Yaya and Pablo Zabaletta were loud and good - although they nicked our tune for the Zabaletta song (at least that's how I see it). I have always found the City fans funny (anyone remember 'Alan Ball is a football genius' when they were 6-0 down here) and supportive of their team. I am sure there are examples of shit stuff - but like I say I don't it see it that way.
  11. He now thinks he's on his period 'cos of the skidmarks.
  12. At least I found out via the GF.
  13. All this told-you-so stuff is is churlish. I like him - but I understand that some people don't. That's because it is subjective. There are things about him to like and things about him to not-like. I will give him credit for sorting the defence - TEMPORARILY. These things need constant adjustment as teams work ways around them.
  14. Weird how the BBC reported this... "Chelsea fans in Paris Metro incident". Incident sounds trivial or maybe vague...for any other club it could have been "rascist attack".
  15. I am not a fan of his defensively and have been critical of his composure. ...but hats off to to his resilient attitude. He wasn't coming off Yesterday after taking a big whack to the ribs.I admire his determination and strength.
  16. I really like the guy as our manager. I was keen to stick with him during the rough patch - and there will be another. We are not the finished article by a long way. I really like the attacking style we have. I enjoy watching this style of footy. His substitutions are good and usually improve the attacking dynamic. He also makes early substitutions - which is good too. The defence has improved - but he still needs to work in this area. His transfers have been poor (in the main) and he needs to get this right in the next window.
  17. ...but when he was bad he was horrid.
