    "Immigration" has the same problem with Labour that "Europe" has with the Tories. Running the correct policy for the country pisses off your moronic core support. For the record, Labour has run an excellent immigration policy which has massively benefited this country. Unfortunately their core support are bigoted morons (as the Tories are with Europe) so they have to pretend the opposite.

    I got this phone 2 weeks ago due to reading this thread & needing an internet-phone with access to markets for work. Unfortunately i cannot work it & have now gone back to my trusty Nokia with real buttons. I am now officially an old cunt.

    Haha. There was a clear & substantial change though. If it doesn't matter, then why not travel by coach & not private jet? Confirmed by Andy Gray ruling it out as an issue; there is no better scientific proof than Gray saying the opposite.

    I normally hate politics but despise Gordon Brown & his outdated tax'n'spend nonsense. However there is a massive issue of privacy here & he has been unfairly stiched up. Very much like that Toure (sp?) guy at Goldmans who may or may not have committed a legal or an ethical offence but none of which has any relevance to his private e-mails, this is an outrageous stich-up. If everything is public, then we live in a 1984 state (one could argue that here Gordon with his obsession with state control was hoist by his own petard). He did nothing wrong here. Anyway she clearly is a bigot, like most "lifelong members" of both main parties

    Threw away my trip to Madrid because there was no way i was going anywhere near a UK airport for a while. The fans who got out there are completely different class. Unfortunately, i fear that the increased travel is such a big deal that all 4 teams who did it will suffer....

    Benitez has consistently out-performed our financial rank both in the League & in Europe. How on earth is that possible if he cannot "be trusted in either the transfer market or with team selections."? Perhaps it is because the peer group of managers that he has statistically outperformed are all idiots & the world is just waiting for a supporter to rise up from the internet & take his rightful place as a head of a PL side.

    We have had a government that has deliberately taken from the productive & given to the less productive for the last 13 years. Now, that may be part of a legitimate social decision or it may reflect pure envy. (I think it was initially the former- clearly the electorate in '97 wanted more resources spent on the less healthy etc. & that was a fair view but has recently been the latter- raising the top rate of tax has no legitimate basis). However, it is hardly a surprise that after 13 years of going further & further, this has destroyed entrepreneurial, productive or investment incentives & made the UK relatively a lot less productive & unable to pay it's way without a significant weakening of sterling. Realign incentives for people to stay in the country & be productive.

Just like he forced Adebayour out of Arse ("the fans stopped cheering me"), Cole out of Arse ("the CEO was rude to me on the phone"), Tevez out of Mancs ("I wasn't played enough & i'll never join a direct rival"), LadyBoy out of the Mancs, Barry out of AV ("I'll only join a CL team), Robbie Savage moving to be closer to his family & then joining a club farther away,etc,etc Apart from showing off about who they've fucked behind their partners back, how much bling they've bought or what they earn, the main topic of conversation at training or international get-togethers is probably who can come up with the most pathetic excuse for leaving for more dough.

    Oh what an amazing surprise that he is joining Moscow. One would almost think that his agent had already negotiated a much better deal for him in Moscow & he needed to do something to make sure he was sold so that he could start earning it.... Like every other fucking professional footballer. We can now add this method to all the bs excuses they come out with

    In '90 we sung "Fergie must stay".... In '04 the rest of the League sung "CL, you're having a laugh" at us signalling how much of an embarrassment they thought we'd be in the '04-05 CL competition if we even made it.... That last part means absolutely nothing either way.
