Mate my plan changes on a daily basis. The thought of living in Canada for a year has always appealed to me so it really is a case of getting some info from other people who have lived in either/both places. Why did you prefer Canada if you don't mind me asking? Where abouts would you advise to live?

Canada was definitely my first option until I found out about the visa application and how much of a ball ache it is, plus I have loads of friends in Oz so it's not toooo far for me to go if I ever fancied a trip over. and lets not forget those sexy sheep that you alluded to earlier...

I'm having a bit of a dilemma - basically I have just returned from a year in Oz which I absolutely loved, but I still haven't got a fucking clue what I want to do with my life so, whilst still young enough (and with enough money in the bank), I think another year abroad is in order before I join the "real world"... So...it's between NZ and Canada...anyone here lived in one of those two places? anyone lived in both?! What were peoples experiences? aaaaah....first world problems, eh....

Now I mean no offence, and, to be honest, I haven't followed this story toooo closely so if I am way off the mark then feel free to correct me as I am not trying to cause friction BUT I must confess that I am a little confused as to why this DJ guy is getting so much support for all the lies he was spreading on Twitter. Now don't get me wrong, no one should have their family etc threatened for being a wum on twitter, but at the end of the day that's what he was - a massive wum. All this "it was a character, he's a great fella" seems a bit hypocritical to me. From what I can gather, he was just an annoying wum on twitter spreading lies about the club (something that a lot of posters on here despise, and rightly so). Why all the support for him? As I say, he didn't deserve the shit he allegedly got, but all this support for his "character" just leaves me confused? (
