I think Rafa may have wanted to see how Insua developed this year, he can be left stranded at times due to his forward movement but if he has a player in front of him like babel who can keep the ball and play to his strengths then his defensive side will look much improved. Razor can tend to dwell on the ball or give it away so he can leave insua i poor possitions defensively. His performances have been to preaty high degree consistantly. and this is a real mark of a good player and what is needed from the team and his possitioning has improved allthough can be stretched by pacy wingers and full backs but thats what happens with attacking full backs and your CB have to be quicker and better, which hopefully Agger and Skrtel will be. My only real problem is that he can feel to confident and want to take on the world and with better defenders that wont be the case. Once he learns to get his timming better and to keeping it simple he will be very good, a masch as a LB it would seem. I expect a loan deal next year if not a regurlar ish first team slot. He will be nineteen a perfect age for first team experience.

Which i noticed was alot better yesterday. His brain and feet need to work together with the pace of the prem especialy when use urgent passing which we really shouldnt. Once he feels comfortable with the pace then he will have his first touch. if you look at many players in their first season alot of usual footballing skills look off, but it was much improved on sunday but i imagine his concentration levels were higher than normal. When babel he is fit enough his concentration levels will be higher and he a great game all the way through. Babel showed he is really getting their as he did slow down during the match he just didnt get the ball, his body shape is looked alot better as well so hopefully his body is finally settling down.

His overall game was so much better in the game on sunday from touch, running with the ball using his left. It all look really composed and settled his brain was clicking with his feet which was great to see. ManU doubled up on him time after time even three at one point, and he still managed to achieve space and time. He hasnt faced the quality of the premier league in terms of defending so every game is a lurning curve. When he went passed brown it looked natural and that is a sign that we are helping his development. Thats the only thing that has ever worried me, just like torres we would curve their development and make them complete shit. That isnt the case both are developing into players with a great deal of skill technique and vission. are biggest problem is balance we havent got that extra player with pace to stretch the other full back babel, torres and gerrard and having to work with very central defenders and kuyt cant stretch the other defenders across the line. When we have another player with pace and the ilk of Torres and Babel we will fair much better. Also when we have full backs and a centled defence Manu wont look half as freatening we made them look fantastic at times better players wouldnt allow that.

Far enough catcher, i still think he is and should allways be listend to he has a commom sense approach to the game that many managers dont seem to grasp

Catcher he knew they were great players, like Rafa he doesnt appreciate players he see themselves abouve the game, abouve the team themselves no matter how good they are. Sacchi created a team out of indivudal fantastic players all with ego's and all with an attitude of they rule the world and to control and make the team he did deserves alot of repsect. Some people say he is overated as a manager but he along with Cappelo he is probably the greatest manager i have seen.

Rafa probably does see him players and football in the same way as Sacchi he was a great teacher to Rafa and has given him all the tools as well as the ambition to be the very good manager that he is today. I can see whare Sacchi is coming from and do tend agree with some parts not all though

My opinions were based on what i had in front of me as did many, and t personally i was gutted when Dic didn't take over they looked the deal people for us, but Hicks and Gillet took over and they de blew.served their chance, well they blew it. Its like your saying people cant change their opinions, and oh i suppose you said the armericans were going to bad for us, what bollocks you were probably just as optismistic as the rest of us. Dic are best people for us, for now and the future, i think by the fact that were going to take time on the accounts shows that they want to do things in the right way, not rush things and go in half cocked.

But arnt you just as deluded as the one saying oh they will be great your just trying to force your opinion and it could very well be wrong. Dic will clear our debt they will restructure our club properly whether thats to make money from them or not its good for us in the long run as we will generate money due to their work. In my opinion DIC will give us the right backing and will allow Rafa freedom in he transfer market, we certainly wont be like chelsea but we will be in alot beter possition than we are, in my opinion.

I thought he was taking over from tixie at Barca im surprised at the move it may mean though that tixie is avilable, because he was said to be leaving this summer, he is someone who knows football and would be great as a go between Rafa and the new board or old one.

If we are going to do that then the 3 men behind the striker are going to have to pull in and not be so wide especially in attack, as the full backs will have space to move it will also help Babel a hell of alot to play with the narrow three. He will be more used to it with the formations he has previously played.

Well if we can pull both of though signings off we really will have an improved attack. If we can get Rafhina for around 8mil then it will be def worth it anything more is a risk because he isnt the finnished package and still needs improvement. Fernandez just needs to be played regurly he is that sort of player and when he does he shines hell put on a master class's like that of when he was at the Nou camp.

Personally i would hate to go to the san siro and try and get a result, if their is one side that can turn up at home and put on a fantastic performance its Milan. Guttuso has just come back so he will have more of an affect on his side than last night. Arsenal arnt in for an easy ride thats for shore. Also i would say that Rafa if he realises that a techincal and more football aproach is the way to go in the prem then not only will we have a football based team but also a team that can switch to a more tactical approach in eruope. Better players, techincal coaches and a freedom on the pitch will allow for this and i hope Rafa realises it.

Well their probably the best team or sqaud in europe right now, they have impressed no end with their ability to just dominant games through attacking football. If we can take away Ibrahim we will take away their creative ability in the forward line. though Suazo pace might cause a problem. Also our full back will have to be at their best as they will look to take the ball across as well as play into the two forwards. Its the team i would least like to face as they keep the ball so well and really dont give you many chanches. I would def have crouch up their with Torres, as well as babel on the wing. we will need to play on the break as they will look to dominate and if we can soak up their pressure and then use the pace of Babel and Torres to carry the ball and work the defenders we could just nick something.

The players def arnt happy with something, they look tired confused and their seems to be a severe lack of will to win unlike other seasons. People have been saying Gerrard and Carra havent been happy for a while so their is probably something in it. They want to win the league and if they dont see Rafa doing it then their going to question it and this will reverberate around the team due to their attitude and their role within the team. Many players possitions are being challenged by new players being braught in and possibly some players are feeling underminded, but if thats the case they should fuck off because Rafa has braught players of young and very good quality. Better than we have had in years. Personally if DIC take over then a fresh start is a must, from top to bottom.

As far as i know Shanks is one of the most realiable.

It will be realy interesting to see how that side wold cope without wenger. I have a feeling it wouldnt be the force it is. Possibly the same goes or Fergie will the players stay it will be very interesting for thoughs teams soon because who will replace them it will be very very hard as their really isnt that many managers out their that are of the quality of thoughs two. Thaught he did well yesterday they were times when his interception of th ball could of been better i.e. trap it and play it on and his heading and direction needs work but hes attitude and commitment were very good. If his confidence keeps on groing and his physical development continues we will have a much more cultured vidic and that is a very good defender. I hope he continues because he has the tools to very good.

very true, but it was happening at the start of the season really i just thnk they have lost a bit of form as a team thats, allthough to be ohnest id rather they developed as individuals than as a team as they arnt really going to play with each other for the first. I think we just have alot of arrogant players in our team at under 18 level and i dont think thats a problem.

Awang, O'Connor, Metcalf all three i havent seen much of in the first 11 for the under 18's. I think sometimes you will get that especially when they are young and feel they are very good players. I dont see it as a problem that they cursed ecclestone, if he shold of put it away i would have done the same to my team mate, it doesnt mean they arnt fighting for each other. Also many of the lads are new, also foreign so wont have that same connection nore bond that many other teams may have. Im shore they would throw everything they had at a team if they were playing first team football.

Blimey totaly new defence their as well as a few others in and around the middle. Im not surprised we struggled considering the age and the lack of understanding in that team, oh well its just about learning for these guys and progressing, hopefully a draw will hurt just as much as a lose.

Walkton Red your right skrertal has a much better turn of pace and looks stronger in the air. Garry is better on the ball and maybe a bigger goal hreat considering his shot but it would actualy prefer skertal i think hes a much better foil for Agger.

Diego Capel would be a very good option young very talented, would be looking to move on as seville arnt as an attractive prospect as they once were. Also works very hard for team and likes sing his full back just as much as taking on players.

For the love of god seriously im shore Rafa knows Kuyt isnt up to the job but he should be playing better than he s Rafa is just trying to give him confidence to go head and score goals. To call him a moron shows the lack of knowledge you have about football, Everyone is saying play crouch instead of playing of Kuyt then yet everyone complains about the football that is produced when he does. Rafa really cant win, he should be here next season with his first choice targets a proper coaching staff and then lets see whare it goes if he fails with that then it shows Rafa wasnt right for us and needs to move on and thats fine not before.
