just listened to gerrard having a go at mancini in the tunnel, is right stevie lad! Seems we are getting a bit of a siege mentality at the moment which isn't a bad thing. People moaning about last night need to get a grip and realise you can't just turn up and expect to beat everyone 4 or 5 nil sometimes you need to put in good defensive performances and hang on to what you've got.

mate best post i've read i've been teaching in London a few years and some kids have no idea to even know how to aspire to a different life. You aren't born with that level of despair, what has happened has been awful and can't be excused but people aren't born that way and people no longer know about what community spirit is or should be about. Read quite a few of your posts and good to see someone talking so much sense.

very true, I can understand this but I don't sympathise. When have any of the vermin doing this ever stopped to ask the question 'how can I have a positive impact on my society'. Agree with what someone said about Japan earlier it's an utter disgrace what's happening when you compare what those people went through. People there were prepared to die to help make the area safe yet here all they are after is what they can get their hands on, I'm disgusted with the way morals have been left by the wayside from top to bottom in our own society.

no sympathy over the guy getting shot who had a gun fuck him and his friends, at the end of the day there was a little kid shot in a shop in stockwell not that long ago because of wankers like him, and lets not forget little Rhys also died up here because of scally wankers playing with guns. If you carry a gun and a copper kills you because you're armed your fault. This incident is an excuse for the riots, this has been building for a while I've taught in some of the areas being affected last 6 years and some of the kids there don't have a fucking chance, all the while they are seeing people in the financial sector raking in big rewards for frankly being thieving bastards. They were sold the capitalist dream, it turned into a nightmare you can't tell people to look after number one and then complain about decline in moral standards.

that interview is laughable but has made me think of a funny game to pass the boredom. Post a quote from either fathead himself or the twitter account and you have to guess if the words come from the deluded one himself or the twitter page. Reading that interview I think I'd probably struggle with a few!!

just read the chelsea one and it's fair to say i havent laughed like that in ages, I started to feel sorry for him but then realised he was 20 and should have known better. All those involved a big well done, you've made me laugh so much i am actually in pain.

had to take kids i teach on a stadium tour at chelsea today and the guy taking us round was going on about where AVB will be sat next year. Cheeky get asked me how I felt when they signed Torres in front of the kids, I told him to explain to the kids why they wouldn't get to see the European Cup today. And by the way that is one fucking small trophy cabinet even with what they've won lately, my wardrobes bigger!

unfortunatley no matter how much evidence you show people there will always be idiots who refuse to change their opinion. It makes me fucking sick as I work down south and have had to correct dickheads on a number of occasions.

threads like this always make me laugh, how many people have seen this lad play? And by watching him play I don't mean youtube clips! Just because we've all played on champ manager doesn't mean we all know who 'the next big thing' is going to be, how do we know that having seen him play kenny said it's too much money? -

looking at those 2 pictures of him just shows what a disgrace the man is to his profession, I dont think he's fit enough to even play in my sat football team based on that evidence.

one of my mates who's a villa fan text me at the start of the game to say that if ngog ever scored against them he'd become a Birmingham fan, I don't think I've ever laughed so much when that goal went in!
