    Kew Gardens nice if the weathers ok and there is a good place for afternoon tea outside the Kew Road gates, think its called Maids of Honour or something. For beers try the river around Strand on the Green or into Richmond there's a good range of pubs,restaurants and shopping. Not exactly central London but a break from the hustle and bustle

    San Sebastian and Biarritz for a week in July and then a week in Chicago late August, picked up good deals for both and only really researched since booking and I don't think I'm going to be disappointed.

    don't know what charges are for ryanair but imagine same as easyjet, just recovered fees on a trip to barca that I had to cancel, it broke down as £10 for l/pool and 80p for barca

    Just had me cup of tea to calm down. But it would take more than a cup of tea to make me believe that Babel has any sort of future with us. I'm sure he's got skill etc etc but he has no footballing brain and no bottle. Get rid!! As for Kuyt, hard working, has a football brain and has bottle but no spark, no creation, squad at best. Of other whipping boys thought Dossena was not too bad...time for more tea

    Ernie Hunt I think for Coventry and that was a clever free kick. Think it got banned afterwards because they said that the ball didn't actually travel its full circumference or some bollocks as it just went straight up...pity love to see that sort of effort again

    Radio 5 in their own way as bad. This morning listening in, its Sir Alex said this but Benitez said that, Sir alex said this but Scolari said that. All SIR ALEX and the twat never even talks to them, Rafa and Phil nice polite and considered and available for interview get no respect when the alcy gets fawned on....just annoys me.

    Believe Iceland has been doing well. Also remember reading an article about their use of Katona and that the marketing execs wanted rid of her but the evidence from its customers was that they believed in her ie they thought she wold go to Iceland and it had credibility If I had to put money on shops going bye bye I would have JJB high up the list and either Bank or Republic can't see room for both, Cult could go as they only seem to stock Superdry and its appeal will wane

    Think even before HBOS went tits up that these current campaigns have run their course. Sure I read somewhere that they want a new type of advertising more in tune with the age that will not include their staff. However if you're lucky he's bound to be on Big brother or I was a celebrity at some time in the future

    Essentially that we were never in the game, were lucky beyond belief and how dare we defend, we should have had 11 forwards on the pitch including those from the academy because having a well executed plan is simply not playing the game Hansen though begged to differ and thought we were awesome and if anyone was going to score it was us and that Chelsea were devoid of ideas don't think that opinion matters to the beeb though as the commentator was a total knob head

    At start of season if you had to choose those away games where you would think that life will be difficult apart from Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal most of us would probably have Everton, Villa, City and at that time Spurs as the 4 most worrisome, well we've got 3 of those out the way with 2 wins and a draw and 3 away wins in total. The real test will be away teams against the others in the "big 4" but we have a good start and I also think that the players have belief. Just got to hope that when we do, and we will, get a bad result we don't get into a bad spell. I remember with Houllier we went top of the table, got beat by Boro and then struggled, can afford a bad result but not a bad spell.

    It wasn't the surge forward that ever caused me concern it was leaving after the game, if you left from the back the steps down were the steepest thing i've ever been on, impossible to walk, gravity took over and with thousands doing the same it was an experience. Always ha respect for those from Boys Pen who would get up into the rafters and try for the Kop, one high place that roof. I would stay in the Pen but NEVER buy anything from the kiosk, 1) you were advertising yourself as a man of means in a real life version of Lord of the Flies and 2) you were guaranteed to get covered in "golly" from above as you walked in/out
