I know we're still to play United but that match is filling me with dread. This is what I would play against Northampton:

Jones

Darby Kelly Wilson Aurelio (if fit)

Lucas Speo

Amoo Shelvey Pacheco

Ngog

Subs: Hansen, Wisdom, Flanagan, Irwin, Suso, Eccleston, Ngoo.

I know that's a side very light on experience but would argue that probably only Amoo hasn't got a decent amount of experience playing at a higher level than Northampton.

Aurelio needs a game if fit.

Would pay to go watch that but £20 is still a bit of a joke. Should be a tenner.

Talk about underestimating your opponent. Northampton would have destroyed that team:whistle:

When you play 4231 it doesn't mean the 2 in midfield have to hold all the time.

That's what they're asked to do. Whether they do it or not, is a different matter.

If we need 2 holding midfielders to beat Northampton at home, then we're a joke. We should be able to beat them with any formation. Last night wasn't about the formation, it was the player selection, 10 first choice players left out of the team, almost none of them on the subs bench even. That's by any stretch a reserve team. We had the same problem last year, and we'll probably have the same problem next year, regardless who is in charge on the sideline/boardroom and consequently, more results like last night.

Fuck off MORON.

I hope you go the same way as Hicks and Gillette, as you're no better than them. Cunt.
