I reckon the GF needs an anthem. The anthem will serve many purposes - 1. To be played at the finals of the GF Championship/Chess Championship/etc 2. To be played as a rousing tune to inspire posters before a battle with the FF or another forum. 3. To be played whenever a long, pointless argument breaks out as to remind everyone that we are actually all big soppy cunts who love each other and have better things to do than heatedly 'discuss' random shite. 4. A few more purposes that I'll think up later. So post some suggestions and then the ones that are most widely agreed on can go into a poll that me or someone else can make at some point in the future. And in the spirit of what the anthem will stand for, lets not have this thread turn into a petty musical spat. In fact, if one person breaks into a discussion about Chris Martin's personal life they will receive a daily negging from me for as long as I can be arsed.

The new Stadium... If the building of a new stadium is to go ahead, do you think we should consider selling our naming rights to a “suitable” sponsor to help create more finance for the club. Should it still be called Anfield? some people will always call it Anfield regardless of what happens, some will always want to try and keep tradition, others will never see it as the same place so may want a new name, some, I’d guess, just won't care. If the club are after a sponsor, should they ask us the fans for our views, what do you think?

I've had enough of it all, it needs to stop. I've deleted that thread because no good is going to come of it. I'm dreading logging into this forum these days because there's so much shit going on. Everybody needs to chill, and if anyone has any problems with other forum members then either put them on ignore, or argue with them via pm because I'm fucking sick of it. If you don't like someone, that's what the ignore button is for, so use it. I'm closing this thread, because I don't want it to end up with people blaming eachother and it all kicking off again. I'm making it a sticky as well so you can all read it and take note. Chill the fuck out, it's an internet forum, it isn't worth getting worked up over.
