    Managed to put my back out twice in 10 days, both in different spots. First time standing up in the kitchen and second time putting my keks on after taking the kids swimming. I'm not new to back pain but thought I had it under control until this double whammy. It really is a twat. Gonna have to go back to physio and see if I can get this sorted once and for all. It's not like it happens when I'm actually doing anything strenuous, almost the opposite. Anyone else suffer seemingly innocuous back strains?

    Can't stand the Post. Smug children playing investigative journalists. I had to help them with an article a few months back and the lad didn't know his arse from his elbow and kept making wrong assumptions on the data we were giving him - assumptions that showed up his total lack of experience. And he was quite fucking arrogant. It didn't matter what we were giving him (i.e. the truth) he'd already made his mind up what the article was going to be. Saying that, the same happened with an Echo journalist. They're all about 21 years old, haven't got a clue about anything and think everything is a massive conspiracy that they're going to bring down and reveal to the world.

    In my experience as an ex STH, I always thought the daytrippers brought the most enthusiasm and atmosphere. Maybe that's different now, I don't know.
