    Power went off just before the match started, so I went to work and listened to it on the radio. Then read the BBC match thread, then this thread, then watched it on my phone. And now that the power is back on I'm going to watch it on the TV.

    Ironically enough, the theme to a movie about a failed attempt by an oil company to buy a small Scottish town and replace it with an oil refinery, the central message of which is that some things are more important than money.

    Is that in reference to this incident, or the accidental death of Brandon Lee, a couple decades ago? Was just thinking about that, and how stupid it is that they haven't developed techniques to "fire" guns on movie sets without this ever happening again.

    I watched them on an app called Cinema HD that I have on my Amazon Firestick. The only other place I can think they'd be available is on Turner Classic Movies which shows both every once in a while.

    I thought his father was the dominant brother in the series, and Junior just drove the car. But in the movie his father looked like a bit of a chump. Or was that just at home, where Livia was wearing the pants in the family?

    Wittek puts Vitesse in front vs Spurs with a very nice finish from the edge of the box. It's been an entertaining second half, whatever the quality.

    Cinema HD v2 (2.4.0) Decent source for TV and movies, new and old. For my Canadian brethren and sistren, DAZN is well-worth the money for the Prem, the CL and the Europa. All the matches live, and viewable on delay for a few days afterward.
