Enjoyed Mindhunter, was a little slow but compelling and addictive. Really liked the main characters and Dr Wendy is just straight up no fool suffering sexy. Need more though, not sure how long I can wait. 8/10

Split was pretty good but only because of McEvoy, he bossed it, great performance, similar to Filth in which he was even better. 7/10

7 psychopaths (yes so I'm 5 years behind) Hilarious, really enjoyed it. A nice balance of tongue in cheek and tension to just about keep you from dismissing the whole thing as totally ridiculous. Allowed ourselves to go with it and loved it. Walken is just as you'd expect from Walken, Harlesson was pretty good, Farrell, hmmm, yeah ok, but Rockwell steals the show. Superb performance, cracked me up. 8/10

In the middle of Narcos Series 2 - just had episode 4 with Limon the driver - fucking brilliant episode. Narcos is right up there

He's a general arsehole by all accounts, great when things go well, horrible when they take a turn for the worse. My mate was his sons school tutor and thought the sun shone out of each others arse for the 2 years he was tutoring him. Took him to Queenwood for golf, had him round his house etc etc. but things took a sharp turn when it came to an end and he didn't get the grades he was after. He's got a somewhat different view of Clarke these days. A few of the pundits have voiced these concerns about his potential captaincy with the view being If we go behind early on things could self destruct quite spectacularly.

Perfect picks by Darren Clarke (wanker or not), needed a little experience in there and had to go for Peiters as the form horse. I think it's a great listen but 1-2 a week is more than enough for me. Neil Atkinson is ace in (almost) all respects; passionate but not too angry, excitable but not annoying, tactically knowledgable without being tediously boring. 9.5/10 The rest of them are lagging well behind although I've found myself warming to Gutman recently. Can't get round Reddy's voice but she looks like she'd be an interesting if slightly freaky bedpal.

Don't get the interest in Benteke. We've got Origi coming who kept him and Lukaku out of the Belgian WC team (rightly or wrongly). Only one of them can play at any one time. Seems odd to me.
