    That was almost as good as a Liverpool win! All we need now is Fergie to announc hes retiring and it will be one of the best seasons for years.

    Toshack has quoted he was approached twice to manage us. Declined on both occassions, has never said when or why.

    No doubt has served the club but if he were a player we would be selling him cause he aint good enough. For me 'you only sell the family silver once' will be what I will remember him for.

    I dont think there is corruption but Fergie does have a lot of power to influence the direction of the league. You only have to look at the whole 'beyond the pale' incident and i think that is what Rafa is trying to nullify for next year.

    I have read from Rafa that when we won the CL Fergie sent Rafa a lengthy tactical analysis by way of a congratulations. Fergie is obsessed with beating our records and Rafa recognises this and is baiting him I believe. It will be Fergies undoing.

    One of the options should be Utd. have exceptional season. We havent had a bad season and in most seasons we would have won it. Its our best season for a decade as far as points is concerned and the first time in 30 years we have scored as many goals. The thing i clin to is that I think its as good as it gets for the Mancs while with Rafa this team can and will improve.

    Guillem is a well know LFC fan he spent a lot of time in Anfield when he was in University here. He also is best buds with Rafa.

    I think its down to good management that we are second and bad luck that we arent 1st. Weve only lost 2 games and will probably have scored more goals than the Mancs by the end. Our current form is the best since 79 and we now expect to score three goals per game. Given the shit that went on behind the scenes and the injuries weve done incredibly well.

    Probably end up scoring the most goals in the league and havent been on on a run like this since 1979 (or something) and all this while supposedly making a mistake of selling Keane. All positive for me just want Whisky nose to retire and I will be happy.

    Probably gone, but if you told me at the start ofthe season that we would be top with 5 to play I would have been happy. Given the shit going on at the club and the injuries we are doing alright.
