1. By spine I meant changing a central defender, central midfielder and striker. (you can throw in wingers too).
2. The atmosphere is 98% linked to how well were playing. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, it just is.
3. I've no problem with Rafa rotating one or two players per game but when the whole spine of the team is changed like last night, it can be frustrating (admittedly Keane was enforced). Although on the other hand if we don't have the strength to rotate and members of our squad such as Lucas,Pennant et al. can't come in and do an adequate job then they shouldn't be in a team chasing for the premier league.
4. I completely understand his frustrations because we do seem a joke club at the moment in regards to ever sorting things like this out, but agger's also gone down in my estimation through this. Does he honestly think he gains anything whatsoever by letting the press know? Talk about it in private to the club and leave it there.
5. If we equalise in the first 15 minutes of the second half, we'll win.
6. All I can remember is his miss against Man United at Anfield. It's odd how Rafa has re-signed or wanted to sign Fowler,Heskey and Owen. He's going for vintage 2001.
7. I've just been reading a news article (although I can't remember where it was now)that was basically stating that 'sources close to Mourinho' blah blah have claimed he's been saying how he would only consider Liverpool if he was to come back to england, and he's renewed his lfa membership apparently. Anyway the point i'm trying to make is it scares me a little how complimentary Mourinho has been to us recently, and how speculation with him never truly seems to go away. I have a suspicion he thinks Benitez will be on the way out at the end of this season (unless we win PL/CL) and is angling for a move to us if he fucks up at Inter. It wouldn't suprise me if Hicks has been in contact with him as an insurance policy for both him and us. Am I being a tad too cynical?
8. Rafael Benitez - February 2007 - 'Everton are a small club' David Moyes - October 2008 - 'Everton are a small club'
9. I was hoping for the coral or something:( but yeah, it's them. they were in the echo talking about it the other week.
10. 'Iggy Pop - The Idiot' 'David Bowie - Low/Station to Station' 'Nico - Desertshore' 'Lou Reed - Transformer' 'Jesus and Mary Chain - Psychocandy' 'The Smiths - The Smiths' 'Velvet Underground - White Light/White Heat' 'Klaus Nomi - Klaus Nomi'
11. New-ish Norwegian singer, based in UK though.
12. Tell him he can swivel for it, the glory hunting free loader. It's just take, take, take with this lad.
13. City really are the Everton of Manchester. The similiarities are uncanny.
14. Clough and Mourinho were both cunts, but Mourinho above Clough is laughable too.
15. Our results fucked up due to Rafa vs Hicks/Gillette at the time too I think. I hate to say it but wouldn't it be so typically them to throw a spanner in the works during the next few weeks?
16. I think they'll stay up easily because they'll pick enough points up at home (which sounds strange now seen as there home record this season so far is diabolical). Admittedly, there is always at least 3 shitter teams than them.
17. Early Beatles songs are good, like eight days a week and she loves you, or for something more riff based, day tripper. For a beginner though, I don't think there is such thing an easy guitar song.
