1. A fantastic group and true innovstors of the genre. I'd also argue that this is possibly the greatest hip hop album of all time.
2. He'd probably be better at running a Tea Shop than the country! (Oh the political satire and jibes are flowing today)
3. Royal visit on the cards It's about time she called over for a cup of tea really.

You can't say GSP is shit, he might not be the most exciting fighter in the world, but he is near unbeatable at welterweight. He totally out classed Dan Hardy, and to be fair Hardy's a very good fighter.
5. Look, I'm sorry if I'm coming off as a hater of Britain or England, I assure you I'm not. I'm mearly trying to be the devils advocate in this argument, and it annoys me when people just peg all Americans/American military as 'Dumb trigger happy yanks'. Yes there are plenty of trigger happy American Soldiers, the guys in that helicopter look to be that way inclined, but you can't tar all America soldiers like that. This is my point. The fact that you're just trying to write me off as being an Irish person who dislikes England and hence will have a dig at the English every chance I get quite annoys me. That's not who I am or what I'm doing, I was making a point, if you don't like the point or disagree with it fair enough, but don't try to paint me as an idiot who's idea of Patriotism is to give out about England to anyone who'll listen.
6. Ok my point about the Faulklands war is this, and mind you its not just about the Faulklands (I just happened to mention this war), I'm sure civillians were killed in this war, I'm sure troops were killed in dubious 'rules of engagement' senarios in this war. I don't have concrete proof of this of course, much like how we would not have concrete proof of this killing by the american gun-ship unless this video came to light. Secondly I don't believe I brought up wars from 100's of years ago. Must I remind you that Ireland as a State did not come into existence untill 1922. The Boeur war, i'll grant you, was more than 100 years ago...but certainly not 100's of years ago. As for your point about what is socially acceptable is total bollox. There were British concentration camps in the Boeur War, when were they 'Socially Acceptable'? Don't get me started on what happened in Ireland and India. But enough of this, the match is starting...
7. I am Irish, but my comments have absolutely nothing to do with having a dig at the British or England, I know there are plenty of Irish people who will have a go at the English every chance they get, much like there are plenty of people out there, and on this thread, who will have a go at America every chance they get...this is partly the point I was making. I understand what you're saying about the Geneva convention, but it doesn't take away from the fact that the British army essentially committed War Crimes in the places I mentioned, even if the law of the time didn't consider them crimes at the time. It's like in Ireland, pre 1990 there was no law against a man raping his own wife, the view was 'she's his wife, he's entitled to have sex with her'...just because the law hadn't covered the eventuality of a husband raping his wife doesn't mean that any man pre 1990 who did rape his wife was right to do it.
8. You think no innocent civillians were killed in The Falklands by british soldiers, in similar circumstances as this video?? And why are India, the Boer War and Southern Ireland not Relevant?
9. I'm not trying to defend the American's here, but I think a lot of you need to climb down from you're high horses. All I'm hearing here from most of you is Condemnation of 'Triger happy, Gung Ho Yanks' and how the American soldiers are a breed apart and that its the American culture that churns them out. The fact of the matter is this, the British army has an appaling record when it come to human rights, I'd argue that it's just as bad if not worse than the Americans. Look at India, Ireland (both North and South), The Faulklands and the Boer War in South Africa. Just trying to be the devils advocate in this argument.
10. Finished Assassin's Creed 2 recently. It's definitely one of the best games I've played in a long time. The story line is fantastic and quite believable. It's crammed with interesting historical facts to boot. The graphics are fantastic, the Italian Cities featured in it are extremely detailed and some of the shouts in the game are breath-taking. There's also a lot of interesting side content, like the Glyphs (essentially puzzles), some of these are actually quite challenging and take quite a bit of thinking to figure out. All in all a great game 9.5/10.
11. That's about as good as you'll get, this would be an amazing team...although it slightly erks me to see Owen in there, purely based on the fact I consider him a traitorous little bastard!
12. It doesn't necessarily have to be a book that was published in 2009, just what was the best book you read last year? Personally I’d have to go for ‘The Book Thief’, thought it was one of the best books I’ve ever read in fact. Anyway, lets hear your thoughts and suggestions...
13. And we'll be back to square one yet again, with another manager who will have the exact same obsticles in front of him. Sacking Benitez WILL NOT fix this club.
14. Hard to say if this is my favourite ever song, but it's certainly one of them. I always feel better after listening to this song and it always cheers me up.
15. There is no way you can put Kuyt in the same bracket as Voronin and Babel :wallbutt:
16. I think I'm somewhere in between Rebel and Carlos on tonights game...though Spearing was average tonight. He played a few lovely passes at times, but he never really took a hold of things in midfield and didn't really offer much defensively in there. He was certainly better than he was against Sunderland though.
17. Spotted that during the game too, poor form out of Voronin in my opinion.
18. 1. Yossi - the little guy was a constant thorn in united's side today, and what a ball for Torres' goal 2. Torres - Excellent finish for the goal, and worked hard all game. If there was a decent ref he would've won a lot more free kicks too. 3. Agger - He was a rock at the back and his distribution of the ball was excellent
19. Can't believe people are writing Mascherano off so easily and saying we should sell him, wake the fuck up people. Masch is a worldclass defensive centre midfielder firstly and secondly, if were to be sold, the money would probably go towards paying off the yanks debts, not to buying a replacement.
20. Saw Allardyce was a particular favourite...He's a Cunt, that pretty much sums up my views!
21. Truely fantastic set of books. Probably the only books that I actually find myself laughing out loud while reading.
22. Jesus there are so many fucking hypocrites on here, it’s un-fucking-believable. I’m not having a go at spearing, but he is certainly being afforded a lot more leeway on here than Lucas has ever gotten. Lucas has played well in games this season and there are still assholes on here who said he was shit. I’m not saying Lucas is a great player, he’s pretty far from a great player truth be told, but he’s a better player than Spearing. Spearing is a very average player, he gives 100% and it’s clear he does have a good footballing brain, but he’s still decidedly average. Both Lucas and Spearing are around the same age, but in my opinion Lucas, and it seem in Rafa’s opinion, Lucas is a far better player all round...
