Get connecting flights, well cheaper. I know a fella has booked to stay in St Petersberg with flights to Moscow day of the game but he loses his deposit if we dont get through, will cost him £360ish I think. Best looking at something like that or flights going through places like Zurich, Berlin etc. You can also get the train in from St Petersberg, Tallin, Budapest, Helsinki. Should keep you busy for a while!

I've just read the thread. They basically hate us because we've been sucessful in the past and done them over in the cups recently. No suprise really, doesn't bother me. As a red responded on there they barely register on the hate-o-meter up here. They claim we only sing about past glories (I'm sure Istanbul was pretty recent) and we havent won the league in HDTV (they didn't win it in between black and white an HDTV!), probably hate United less because half of them supported them B.R. in 2004. ...one fella even claimed we were bitter! hahahaha. Our away support has always been boss! I think its better at the less attractive games though rather than at Arsenal, Chelsea etc. You get more of a "hardcore" following there, all just fellas who have been on the piss all day! I Love It!
