Any guys on here using Acestream to watch 'stuff' on the tinter web. Whats the quality like and is it worth a DL? If so my next question is I'm running Mavericks on my Mac and Ace stream isn't available for it. Ive read that I can somehow run the windows version on it but being a tech novice with only basic IT skills I'm struggling to understand how to do it using bits and bobs I've googled. Anyone able to give me a step by step laymen's guide to getting it sorted??

I never wanted it to be Armageddon, but at least Armageddon was reasonably entertaining despite the shit acting, horrendous script and ridiculous premise. This film tried to be more.....and imo failed dismally. Nothing more than a self indulgent hollywood tripe. Kubrick managed more suspense and tension in the first 30seconds of 2001. Thats not a direct comparison by the way....the only thing the two films had in common was the pace of the none action scenes. At least I now know where the Russians stash the vodka on their space stations.

Building suspense my arse, you say average story....I say no story. As a piece of cinema visual art then maybe you have a point but as a movie it was fucking terrible. Even the soundtrack was fucking annoying. Its obviously a marmite film but I stand by my opinion. I hated it.

I would have fell asleep if I wasn't so annoyed at Paying 12 quid for the privilege. The visuals where good I agree but the film was merely a succession of CGI laced action scenes but with no real pace or drive to the picture. Sandra Bullock was only there to add a bit of A-list pizzaz as her performance was fucking shameful, but in mitigation she didn't have much to work with as the script was pure dirge. It was disjointed, lacked any sort of cutting edge and left me distinctly underwhelmed.

They joy of politics......as long as you've got someone to blame doing something to actually rectify the situation is of secondary performance. You should go on question time Stronts.
