I have trouble trying to understand why you think he would get his ass trampled on in the league, he is the same stature of Michael Owen, in fact he is an inch taller and a couple of pounds heavier. Owen scored a shitload in a physical league why can't the same apply to Villa?

I feel a bit for Gonzo, everything he tried just didn't fall for him, he played much better towards the end of the match though. I think he is just starting to show us the kind of pace we were all told about. Pennant, Alvaro were pretty good today. Happy for Dirk that he got amongst the goals and fair play to Bellamy for not being selfish on a few occasions. Lookin forward to next weeks game!
