Jesus, Quaresma failed at Barcelona at a young age, and Ronaldo got too spend one seasons in the PL (where he was average) before he hit it of, something Quaresma never got at Barcelona..... Ask the people at Sporting, they will you that Quaresma was always considered the most talented of the two.....

Just have to ask what Hargreaves and Sneijder have done that Quaresma has not done, since they are more proven I mean? :wallbutt:

If we do not sign Mascherano he will sign for the Mancs.....FACT If demento get´s his chance he will snap the agents fingers of for the opportunity to sign the Chief.... But it is a different situation though, we do not own Mascherano, the Mancs own Heinze, so unless we sign Mascherano we´re pretty much fucked in that respect, whilst demento can sabotage Heinze´s transfer for another year or two and there is nothing we can do about it.... Only sensible thing to do is to sign Mascherano on a long term contact as soon as the loan period is over (option) and forget about Heinze and move on.... FFS there are plenty of exciting options, for example Chiellini and Kompany!!

Valid point! But we did not do to well in the beginning of the season last year, so there could be some link between pre-season form and how we hit it of in the league....
