I doubt they'll go bust. More chance they will be bought out by a bigger company if things go tits up for them. I agree. Luckily, this isn't a mobile phone. Must say I've been impressed by it so far. I'm not arsed about apps and that, I've got an iPhone and a Sony Vaio which handles most things. I only wanted this for watching videos when I'm away and browsing the net when I can't be arsed taking my laptop with me somewhere. It's been dead easy to set up and takes seconds to drag your downloaded material onto it. So far I've got all 3 seasons of Arrested Development, the two series of Carnivale, the 8 episodes of Happy Town, Drive, Cabin In The Woods, series 20 of The Simpsons and the two series of the BBC Sherlock downloaded on it. As well as the complete Game of thrones and Dark Tower Audio books, American Gods on Audiobook, I, Partridge and various playlists with about 500 songs on them and I've still got 30gb of space left on it. Picture quality and sound is great on it, also.

It sounds like the usual musical snobbery that most people display towards popular bands. You see it all the time, band release an album, everyone raves over it and as they get more popular the same people who raved over it suddenly decide they're shit. See also Kings Of Leon. I'm not sure exactly how they believe their own hype either? Anyway, I'm off to bed now. Early start tomorrow.

I'm at me sisters wedding reception now. She got married in Cyprus but is having a reception at the marriott in town. £4.20 a pint the robbing fucking bastards. And I've had my 2 year old nephew palmed off on me all night.

I've just went and got one of these on my dinner. They are available at the £129 price in Currys, PC World and Dixons. I'm only using it for watching a few TV programmes when I'm travelling and for browsing the net when I'm on the shitter, so it should be ok.

I've just finished The Bloody Red Baron by Kim Newman, the follow up to Anno Dracula. A bit bleaker than the first one, but a good book. I'll be getting the next one when it's out in October. I love The Parker novels by John Connolly, stick with them Paul they are just brilliant. Every Dead Thing is a great book, considering it was the first book he wrote. The series gets a bit of a supernatural element, which doesn't take away from it being a crime series first and foremost, as it goes on. Some of the antagonists in it are superb, and Angel and Louis are outstanding characters. Dark Hollow the next book is genuinely scary in some parts. I'd also recommend Nocturnes: Amazon.co.uk: John Connolly: Books by him, which is a collection of short horror stories. My favourite collection of the kind after Stephen King.
