It doesn't have to be zig. Same with lots of things, I suppose it depends how far you want to go. If you can quit the nicotine without to much problem then good for you.

I think the "steeping" they refer to is for custom made juice, i.e different percentages of PV/VG in which case you have to leave it a few days to steep before use, if you buy off the shelf you can use it straight away. As for the other I'm using just a regular stainless steel cartomizer and I get good flavour. I must admit though I sometimes wonder, how do I get the best possible taste from this juice. So I can see what they mean.

Well I did go for the eGO and I'm happy with it, but I'll probably go for something else somewhere along the line as a back up.

I'm really pleased so far and I'm enjoying vaping. I've been a smoker for 30 years (the last five rolling my own) so my main aim at the moment is to stay away from the analogs, then after that we'll see. But I can honestly say vaping is taking away my feeling to want a real ciggy. Just remember to drink plenty of water as vaping will dehydrate you.

Yes, its very easy to do refills. I'm by no means an expert but if you need any help just shout up. Also there are lots of forums out there. If you do manage to stop with what you have now then all credit to you.

I've been off the analogs for 3 weeks, and vaping for 3 weeks. It really is pressing all the right buttons for me. Here's my various bits when it all arrived. Favourite juices so far are Rawr's Cinnamon Strapple and Grants Vanilla Custard.

I would imagine you can, Check what firmware version you have and then go to the manufacturers website and download the latest update if there is one for your model. Put it on a usb memory stick and install on your tv. Or if your tv has an internet connection you could probably do it through that.
