Little Leo's cafe, Hull after staying and deciding the Ibis's £12 breakfast looked like muck. I went for the full breakkie, my missus had the vegetarian. Was cracking. Menu stated "hash browns" - plural - so only getting one was disappointing, but... BUT... it was the best hash brown I've ever eaten by a mile. Sausage was very good. Could've been cooked more on the outside. Everything else was lovely. £8.50 for the breakfast, not sure how much extra for the coffee.

Just booked 4 nights to Reykjavik next Feb in the cheap easyjet flights Martin Lewis said were getting released this morning. Coupled with getting £185 for a bank account switch and saving £100 on a TV replacement for one broken by my cleaner, the lad has practically paid for my flights himself. Going to book a room in someone's house on Airbnb I think. Excited.

I'm very much not arsed about this, and I'm also very much not a conspiracy nut, but that's not her. I've had a look on twitter at all the pics and unblurred versions of the freeze frame and it looks very little like her. The photo last week was very obviously doctored. I've no idea what is going on, but they are clearly balling this up and so doubling down rather than admitting they doctored the first photo. I do suspect it's simply that she's still recovering from whatever surgery she had but the modern social media world and their socials team wanted to put something out on mothers day as it would be great engagement or some shit, and thought nobody would look too hard.

I agree with that. I also think k Gakpo is playing especially poorly at the moment and he is better than he's showing at the moment, as he had been for us before, but for whatever reason right now he's struggling for form and confidence and it really showed on Sunday.

Don't think you're wrong, but by and large most of the best chances either came from us doing something daft, or us not doing something good to prevent it, oh and them being offside. Had a chat with my dad earlier and we agreed on "we deserved to lose, but we should've won" as being the summary.

That reply is fair enough, but also explains why the previous post was shit. It was shit because you you're annoyed one player is getting grief, so you hand out some of your own to another for balance. I've always liked Jota but never seen him as someone we could count on for both injury and form reasons - he's previously been hot when hot but with longish cold spells. This year though he's been much more than that, and his injury is the worst luck of any serious injury I can recall to one of our lads since poor Phil Babb, so he doesn't deserve to catch a stray.
