  1. .... welcome to Knob Valley ... or some piss poor version of a poor mans Zoolander !?!?!
  2. .... thank god, I was thinking parallel universe, and I,m not alone ffs !!
  3. He s been largely absent for the tournament thus far, but he took his goal well.
  4. kuyt is class - if you can t see the value of the work he does with and without the ball you might as well find another hobby.
  5. Really like to see Momo get his passing sorted out. It s the only area he lets himself down, and if he sorts it he ll be a magnificent part of the squad for years to come. Strength in depth lads - is what we need.
  6. Bob was a humble person who always gave credit to his players. He would have hated all of this shit (in my opinion) ....... exactly. Just not what he was about.
  7. ......... and one other thing, I can t stand watching that 4-4 draw with the bitters - worst one they ever got over us that. But thats me.
  8. Fair enough Nick, but he s worth a mention in my book for the teams he put together up till '88-'89. Things going right that could have been three trebels in four years or four in five but for three/four results. Dalglish was hellishly affected by H, and for mine shortened not only a career, but a life of the English game. I know he came up short in some ways, but I can t help but hold him high in every respect.
  9. ........... this is precisely what we want - under the cocks radar as usual. They can eat their own shit later, make their retractions - blah, blah, fukin' blah ...
  10. Dalglish is one of the few to win First Division/Premiership with different clubs.
  11. Harry is getting primed - make no mistake.
  12. I still recall the spot where I stood A thousand miles away My heart fell like an axe to the ground. Thoughts often with them Right to this very day. RIP 96 ..... and get fucked MacKenzie, you lying heartless skank piece of shit.
  13. Good - closer to the bottom the better. Stupid fukers never learn, and thats just the way we want it for mine.
  14. ........ always a good sign. Two from two in two years.
  15. The lad has forgot his roots and that is sad. I could never bring myself to dislike him - he has just went down a notch or two. ..... not sure that is entirely correct. And on another point, the only way Terry Mc would be pissing over a balcony on an FA Cup homecoming is a losing one, and that would be unlikely. And another thing, when I was 11 I sent letters to half a dozen LFC first team players (from New Zealand) asking for sigs on my Shoot posters. Terry Mc was the only one who replied - he can t be all bad.
  16. Don t know the ins and outs of this, but I only imagine ours chanting this with a sense of irony - particularly against Chelsea.
  17. You really want something to bang yer head over - try the espn commentary, fukin ridiculous. Too bemusing to quote.
  18. As can be seen I' m not really new, just quiet and keep to myself. My name is Bruce, I'm New Zealand born, Australian raised - my dad got me up for my first Cup Final in '77. Liverpool Football Club is the only sporting entity which takes my time, my money and my heart. Made two trips to Anfield - August 2003 and May 2004. Guzzled some pints at the Granton with my mate who helped sort tickets, and met Sami at an Indian Rest. in Town after the Chelsea home game - August '03. Plan to live in Liverpool for a year or two some time in the future - my other half does not share my enthusiasm. The Liverpol Way was recommended to me from a mate on another forum ;) .
  19. ... half way through Whatever. Obvious so far that Houellebecq seems himself as a modern day Camus. Some of his observations are funny, no doubt, but I got a bigger laugh sending my girlfriend out to buy Atomised for my birthday - the picture of a nymph in her underwear near freaked her out as she handed it over the counter  .
