Daniel Sturridge and Liverpool are rethinking his exit plans this month. The Liverpool Echo says the England striker looked destined to leave the club after Inter Milan tabled a loan offer which satisfied the Reds' demands. However, Sturridge is stalling over a move to the San Siro as he favours a switch to Sevilla. That isn't currently an option with the La Liga outfit yet to follow up their initial interest with a serious offer. In the meantime, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp could select Sturridge against West Brom in Saturday's FA Cup tie. The 28-year-old frontman didn't travel with the squad for Monday's shock defeat to Swansea City but has looked fit and sharp in training at Melwood this week.

The Monaco midfielder has long been a target for the Anfield club and their interest has been fueled by the departure of Philippe Coutinho. But Klopp is not prepared to stump up the huge sum being demanded by the principality club. Lemar remains of interest, but it could be the summer until a deal is struck. Reports on Wednesday suggested terms have already been agreed with the player.
