    Still one of my favourite Manic songs. It kicked up quite a bit of a stink when the album was released and the police sussed what the song was about. Read an interview with Nick & James Dean about it, they were always 100% behind the view that there was an obvious as fuck cover up that people just didn't want to acknowledge.

    A Saturday morning breath of sanity, thank fuck for that. AVB is spot on here, just that with today's Sky soccer drama on demand it takes a bit of nous to see the long term picture. We've still got to say adios to Joe Cole, and if Downing can't cut it as a left back then he also may be shipped out. Out with the old and in with the new and improved won't happen overnight, and it won't happen without us falling on our arses along the way, but I'm at least thankful that we seem to be out of the habit of paying ridiculous prices for overrated players on massive wages. Together with the youth that's coming through the ranks, we are probably healthier than we have been for the last 3 or 4 seasons. Patience is a dirty word nowadays, but unfortunately that's what is going to be required. And so called supporters who haven't got it should fuck off and support one of the big spenders. Get behind your team or GET TO FUCK !

    According to some news reports the other day, Ferguson appealed directly to Wenger to not get in the way of the deal because it wasn't right. This is the same cunt who stopped Gabriel Heinze coming to LFC when Rafa wanted him a couple of seasons back. For various reasons I have a lot of respect for Fergie, but undoubtedly he is a bitter hypocritical auld cunt. And he definitely wields too much influence in the Prem, especially over his luvvies in the FA. I think that's probably what galled me the most about Hodgson - "I hope my friendship with Sir Alex won't suffer". I nearly vomited in embarrassment when the cunt came out with that. There are too many Prem managers licking round that auld cunt's hole...........

I've met people before who are controversial just to get attention, but at least their outbursts carried a modicum of intelligence. But that's what democracy is about - freedom of speech.
