  1. Fuck me there's some questions in that last statement.
  2. I used to be a massive Haye fan but Bellew is right in some aspects that he's been conning the boxing public for a while, he's fought bums his last 2 fights and pulled out twice against Fury. Granted one of the times he had a serious injury. Then tried conning people into believing that the whole Briggs situation was genuine. Hayes career pisses all over Bellews and anything Bellew will ever achieve. I personally think Haye wins whenever he wants to, as soon as he wants to land clean Bellew is done, Bellews power is massively overrated for me aswell. Also anyone else detect that Bellew was hinting at Haye being on steroids on the SSN news thing they done the other day. Why is Bellew fascinated with Haye spending all his time in nightclubs? So what if he does? Is Haye really skint? Bellew keeps saying it and Haye doesn't seem to deny it, it gets brought up quite a bit by loads of people. How can an active world class boxer be skint?
  3. I know, it's for my mate who takes them all the time but his "supplier" has run dry and asked me to look online for him so I thought I'd ask on here first, see if anyone has any prior knowledge of what's legit and what's not.
  4. Anyone know why on tapatalk, if I read a thread and the last page I read was page 15/18 next time I read that thread if went automatically straight back to that page, now every single thread starts at page 1 no matter what I try.
  5. Did anyone see the mini-documentry on him Cup Final day..it explained alot anout why hes the way he is. Anyhow I love the guy! He's don't give a shit for no one aha
  6. Class player and a truly class man, no heirs or graces with him, he looked really humbled and excited when they spoke about the King. No matter what anyone says he looks like he really does love the club and city, he's even trying to bring his son up as a Liverpool fan!! No coincidence that the fans (most of) and all the players still love him and always will. Good luck Xabi.
  7. Just seen it advertised, just putting it out there! I miss Xabi...
  8. He was a boyhood Chelsea fan too
  9. Was going to say the same thing, always played like that in Wales since I started playing as a 6 year old in 1992.
  10. Messi's passing and vision are one of his biggest assets, his pass for Villa's goal vs Madrid at the Nou Camp was unreal. Onto the Ronlado thing, I seen on Revista last week that Ronaldo scored something like (don't quote me on these figures lol) 20% more from pens and free-kicks and had about 100 more shots than Messi.
  11. I'm sure I read at the beginning of the season some journalists saying in Gerrard, Cole and Torres we had a front 3 to rival Barcelona...How shockingly wrong were they!! One had a poor season moved on and has done nothing since, the other has had a stop start season with injuries and then there's Cole, what happened to him, he was never really pacey just pure quality on the ball now he seems to have even lost that. Do you think its got anything to do with him playing ALOT of games very young, he was a first team regular at 17, happens to alot of child prodigy's...Ronaldo to name just one.
  12. He's only new to it all tho, he may have a amazing 10 years in the game and think, maybe I should stay on and create myself an unbeatable legacy. As for Guardiola the only reason he isnt expected to stay at Barca very long is in Spain he believes that between Madrid and Barca they have 4-5 year cycles where one team is more dominant than the other (with exception to other teams joining in eg Valencia) so he believes Barca will only be on top for another year or 2 maximum.
  13. If he wanted the job (which I really dont think he did) before Kenny signed a new contract, who would have took him over Kenny? Its a hard dilemma, imagine he does go on to be a top class manager for the next 30 years at another club..knowing he could have been ours. On the other hand we got the King back so every things looking up. How long can Kenny go on for in your opinion? (realistically)
  14. In a midfield 3..Lucas DM/new player, Gerrard driving on and Modric dictating play...IMO
  15. Unfortunately if Utd sign Modric I reckon they will win the league again next year, he is exactly what they need to push on to the next level...classy player with immense ability, would love us to sign him.
  16. How can you not love the guy after him asking if he can say shit on live itv ha he's a proper mentalist! Also the pre match interview and mini-documentary explains alot about him, to me he looks really shy and everything else he does is a front to hide this. Being interviewed he was head down and wouldn't look at the camera or cameraman. I didnt know he nearly died as a baby, most kids who had his condition didnt survive.
  17. Haha that's exactly what I did and do...being a pessimist by nature I'd normally think this is all hype and I'll be let down by Liverpool as usual BUT something here feels different, something feels special about us at the moment I just cant wait for the summer transfers to see who we buy and I'm even more excited I am for next season than I was after we finished 2nd. Top 4 finish will obviously do...secretly hoping to "knock Man Utd off there fucking perch" tho!!
  18. I can't help liking the guy, sure he's a div sometimes but he antics make me laugh...I love a footballing rebel
  19. Good point mate...Also how can anyone say now if Gerrard or Carra are going to good or bad managers, anyone saying Gerrard's not got it in him to be a top manager is ignorant! He might have a special quality that none of us see that makes him a great manager. Also on the other hand anyone saying because Carra is football obsessed that he is destined to be a manager is also ignorant. I've read or seen somewhere before that Danny Murphy is supposed to have the most "potential" (I know i'm contradicting my first post by saying this!) to be a football manager.
  20. Yea I get your point but how is it Utd and other teams take gambles on some "Players at the end of their shelf life" and they manage to work out fine, Larsson to name one. Something different at the right time could work. Litmanen and McAllister were arguably best there best when we signed them and they done wonders for us.
  21. Being Welsh I used to be embarrassed by him! Now I've learned to love him, he is actually really funny, the videos he used to send into soccer am were hilarious! Bellend on the pitch, funny and genuine off it also he's good on Twitter lol
  22. I think Malarkey was asking a hypothetical question, most people would take a gamble on him for £5m, obviously he's not going to go for that little but the point (I think) he was making was your massively against signing him but for £5m it would be worth a punt
  23. I don't honestly think anyone will buy him for £25m that's just the media chatting shit (as usual). How much did Beskitas buy him for out of interest? For round about £10m he COULD be a bargain for anyone, that's what I meant, on the other hand he could be a big flop, he's very hit or miss!! Like I said I'm not sure how much they bought him for but if they could manage to sell him to someone for £25m then they have had a bargain. Bought him for X amount had a good season out of him and made a massive profit.
