If It's Nagelsmann, then potentially Germany could get to the final of Euro 2024 which would mean he'd only have a five week gap before the Premier League starts. Chelsea agreed a deal the year before his release clause became active. They offered Dortmund significantly more than the release clause but couldn't meet the insane wage demands and agents fees. When this deal fell through they signed Lukaku instead.
