It's a bit of an odd comparison to make? There's no connection between Thiago earning millions and people using food banks. When Thiago leaves in the summer it's not like the club are going to announce that from now on they are going to donate £10 million a year to local food banks instead. There are many people to be angry towards regarding the rise of the need for food banks but footballers aren't one of them.

If it comes in it means that shops will have to ID everybody that buy's cigarettes and it will create a situation that means that you'll have the bizarre situation where an 18 year old can't buy them but a 19 year old can.
